He ordered in a diamond and showed us it under the microscope before 3D printing a model of the ring. It came out looking great! We are so happy we went to Roger Watson to get it done. I needed to have my engagement ring prongs checked (which I purchased elsewhere) and the team went above and beyond to help me. I left with my ring fixed and polished, but best of all, I left feeling a great sense of trust in them. I will definitely be back if I need other repairs and for future custom work. John got my taste immediately, spent a lot of time with us discussing details and what we wanted, made a model in his computer and met with us again to refine it. Finally, he did a 3D print of how the actual ring would look. The ring is gorgeous, the quality of the work is outstanding and the costumer service is wonderful. You cannot go wrong going here. 100% recommend Roger Watson Jewellers.
