★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The new Cultures at Polo Park is poorly run, new staff bully/harass and try to tell staff who have been working for the company 1 or more years what to do. They are unkind to customers and are constantly telling seniority staff that they cannot do back prep work and when senior staff try to cut things up in the front the new staff take it from them. Staff are telling old staff how to make smoothies as if they haven’t made the same smoothies for years. I have especially noticed a new staff “Daisy” who has constantly been rude to senior staff and even bullied one to quit. I am repusled by who the new staff are, and how they treat customers and long-term employees. Poor new management to top it off and very strict rules on what I can and cannot eat. If i could review and give this place no stars I would.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ have been there this weekend. it was my first and definitely last time buying food there. My order was pasta salad with edamame & corn and kale on the side. how can you possibly ruin this? Somehow they managed though. I got a really bad food poisoning, have been throwing up for hours, had to go to the doctor and had missed 2 days at work. not to mention it is possibly one of the most expensive places in the food court.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect addition in St. Vital Mall’s food court. Food is fresh and very tasty especially their rice bowls! Will keep going back. Staff are young and energetic. Definitely a must try! It’s worth every buck paid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just purchased my lunch from there. The girl who was helping me didn't seem to like her job very much(did not smile once). Asked for a create your own wrap. When I asked what cheeses there were she answered my question with a "you only get one choice of cheese" there's 3 different kinds and if I wanted more then one then I would have paid extra. She asked if that was it and I did say yes, but then changed my mind and asked for the pasta salad as well. Then she went to the til to ring me up and didn't ask if it was to go so I asked for a bag. She answered with well it costs 5 cents, ok that's fine. Then she wouldn't even put my food in the bag. The whole experience was terrible and I won't be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a salad at 1pm on a Saturday, and proceeded to watch the staff member pick through a container of spring mix, separating the rotten lettuce from the not-yet-rotten lettuce. I told her that I didn't want it if it was coming from a half-rotten batch, and she said "No...it's ok.....I'm picking all the rotten ones out!"......like it was a routine thing they do. Absolutely disgusting. I went elsewhere and will NEVER be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where do I start with the cultures in St Vital Centre? I'm not sure when they decided that cutting down their portion size to less than half was a good idea.
The service was unimaginably slow, the menu was too narrow and I had less options than the last time I was here. The quiche came from a fridge prepackaged from some unknown location, where they used to be fresh and warm already. The noodle salad is about the same as I remember but the salt content is through the roof.
I do NOT feel healthier after eating at cultures anymore...
The best thing I got out of this trip was the Brisk lemonade that I bought with my meal.
