We had a minor incident where my date spilt his drink all over himself but another nice waitress saw it and immediately acted on it. But Tien was super helpful, always checking in on us. Drinks were delicious. Service was slow, but expected with the shortage of staff every place is experiencing. The food itself, could've been better. My date ordered a 10 ounce steak but it was super tiny, alongside a baked potato that was cold when arrived to him. He's a bigger guy and we were expecting a bigger plate, a bigger meal, for what he was ordering/paying for. I had chicken tacos that were spicier than I would've liked but didn't finish. We went for date night and it was a bit of a disappointment because of this.
L	Lou Valcourt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hadn’t been to Montana’s since the government dropped their Covid safety measures and was worried about going to a restaurant as I have vulnerable family members. Last time I went all staff were wearing masks and they were spacing guests apart so it felt reasonably safe. However this time not a single staff member I saw was wearing a mask. This made me feel unsafe. Staff were friendly and the food was excellent, but I don’t think I’ll be back based on this experience. If you are concerned about Covid safety measures I’d skip this restaurant.

Our drinks were toped off every moment they were low, plates were removed immediately, and food was out extremely quick. The burgers were amazing and fries had a great crisp to them. I couldn't recommend stopping on in for any restaurant more than Montanas.
B	Brittney B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My boyfriend and I went in for dinner on Friday, we were seated in the lounge around 6pm it wasn’t very busy. Our server took 10 mins to bring us our drinks when we mentioned we were ready to order right away she said she wasn’t and needed to wait until she brought the drinks. We ordered as soon as our drinks came out. She never returned. We sat there drinks empty waiting for our food for nearly an hour without her coming back to offer refills or reassure us our food would be out shortly. Tables started to come in so her service slowed down even more. When the lounge is small and has maybe at max 12 tables and there was ample amount of bodies on. As our server and the manager were at tables all around us numerous times they could see our drinks were empty and not once did they offer to get us another drink. After waiting an hour with no updates on our meals we decided we were gonna pay for our drinks and leave. It wasn’t till I grabbed my keys that our server came up to us. She eventually brought us the bill with our drinks on it. Not once did the manager come by to apologize and our server just blamed the kitchen for the slow experience. If Madison would’ve been more attentive and upfront with us about the wait and offered refills we would’ve had no problem staying but the fact we’ve been sitting there waiting for so long the bad service and experience we received we just wanted out of there as there was no way we could justified paying for a poor experience We go to this location quite often and have never experienced service like that. We didn’t recognize any of the staff on that night. All around a disappointing night, we’ll probably make Boston pizza or Earls our new date night outing so we don’t encounter an experience like this again.
S	Sandy F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We enjoy eating on the patio and like the fact that it has a roof just in case it rains. I enjoy the ribs at Montana’s, the steak is too tough so I would not recommend it. The service is usually pretty good overall. We go to this location pretty regularly.
D	Daniel Rodrigues on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably one of the worst experiences I have had at a Montana's. I'll try to be succinct: Service: Reservation was made for 4-adults. We were originally placed in a booth that had a broken bench seat and could barely seat an average sized adult. Server never introduced herself and stood at the table until we ordered starters. The server also never followed up on how our meals tasted, and probably for a good reason...read on... Food: Starters were good, but the meal was disappointing. Steak was not cooked to the requested doneness (medium well with no blood); ribs were fatty and stuck to the bone. Overall: Just a sad experience. We had to ask for utensils, and we felt as though we were inconveniencing the staff. We felt rushed, even though the place seemed to be emptying. If you are thinking of going to this location, try one of the other two in town. You'll probably have a better experience.

S	Stop Wait a minute on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been here many times and had awesome service and food. This was one of the worst experiences we have ever had at any restaurant. Took over an hour to get our food. Waitress never came back to our table to see if we needed anything for over 1/2 hour. No refill on water or soft drink was offered at all during our meal. We had to ask a passing waitress to refill our water. My husband ordered all you can eat ribs and he had to ask another waitress to let ours know that he would like a refill on his rib order. It took another half hour for her to bring him three little pieces of ribs on a tiny plate. He finished them right away and asker her for 3 more. She took forever to come back with them and when he asked her why it took so long she said she wasn’t sure but she thought it was because they were afraid of running out. Why offer all you can eat then? The restaurant was not busy. Not sure what was going on but needless to say…we paid for our meal only with no tip. We won’t be back to this location.
