★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really love culture, craze and all of their products. Recently, I had one of their products (for the first time) malfunction. I was surprised and reached out to their customer service, explaining the situation. Chantel (the assistant manager I believe) reached out promptly with kindness and compassion towards the situation, and offered many solutions to me. This just goes to show that they not only stand by their product, but they also value their customers. I am very pleased with how this was handled and think this is a great company, and highly recommend them!

I came wanting a full new set of jewelry for my piercings and she did a great job helping me pick everything out. I am a very indecisive person and she was very patient with me and was a great help and had lots of good ideas of what looked good with what. Lots of beautiful jewelry options and often when I go there are good sales. I always come back here for my body jewelry as the staff is always friendly and helpful and the jewelry is always good quality!
