Spoke to an sale rep over the phone to get more information at St. Vital Mall, before heading down to location, my call was not taken seriously nor valued . The answer to all questions was "I can't tell you" , "you need to come down to the location"... hire staff who actually want to work and help potential clients. Would not recommend this phone company.

Was dealing with a representative named Andre, he didn't know anything about cell phones. Was always clueless or (clued out) and responds to your questions with "ummm..."
Avoid him and deal with someone else
Waste of time I can Google my answers faster

β β β β β They gave my friends.30dollar for 9G. another friend 35for 12G. However they give me 55for 4G.. When I ask them why treats me so unfair? they said "how about 50 dollar for 8G " that is the best deal they have.... I have been use Fido for at least 2 years. I feel I am losing money when I use it.

If you have multiple users on an account, they would only speak to the account holder and cannot provide any help to other account users.. even when they have been authorized by the account holder. Very absurd policies.. it takes so much time to reach them too.

β β β β β Promised device upgrade of the certain price. Never received it. Then called and was told sorry, price changed and now device will be $15 more per month. Would not honour price I had. Horrible customer service.
