Can't say enough about how impressed I was with this business!! I had an issue with my iPhone 8 - front camera wasn't working, sensor wasn't working and battery wasn't as strong as it used to be. Originally I called my phone provider for an upgrade but they've changed the way things work just recently and now upgrading phones isn't cheap anymore so I decided to call Mobile Tech Lab on Dakota and I am super glad I did! The young professional that I spoke to managed to get my phone repaired by the technician in just over an hour and had it done the same afternoon. She was extremely honest and courteous and should be commended! The technician fixed my phone and it is like new and I thank him as well! I highly recommend utilizing this business if you have issues with your device as it saved me a substantial amount of money! Thank you very much to all the staff that assisted me!!

I got my iPhone 8+ fixed (Back Glass and Battery) and it was a quick 2-3 hour fix compared to their estimated 1 day on the website. It's a good quality for its price and would consider again. I don't make a big deal towards flaws so take this for what you will. They didn't have the colour that my iPhone was so I just said just used a different colour, it's not a big deal. The side button seemed cracked or had a deep scratch and wasn't as clicky. All in all, check out the services and pricing on their website and give them a shot.

I had my iPhone 7 Battery replaced. The service was excellent and was completed within an hour. He completed a diagnostic test and all was well. Much cheaper than replacing my phone. I would highly recommend.

Clean plqce with modern decorations. Good customer service. Skilled and talented technicians. I asked them to change the battery of my Samsung smartphone and it took from them only two hous: one for instalation and another one for testing the new battery. They gave my iPhone device to use and make my calls during this two hours. Thanks Mobile Tech Lab team

I dropped my S20 Ultra on a water basin. Mobile Tech Lab brought my phone back to life. They were upfront with the possibility of the phone not being usable anymore depending on the damage but I'm glad I took the risk with them. Their staff was also very friendly. Hopefully, I won't need to drop by for a repair anytime soon but I'll definitely be coming back to them next time if I do.

I brought in a Macbook Pro in that had a backlight problem- but was in good working order except for that issue. It was worked on for three months by them with almost no communication to me about what was going on. It was returned to me with weird gunk all over it, then again with the battery not reading or engaging and then again with "the battery not usable anymore" after 3 days at home my laptop is completely ruined and wont even turn on or charge. I was not given a replacement laptop or an apology. I wish I had never brought it in because now I am out a laptop.

This is kind of a weird review. So I had my iPhone 8+ battery replaced with a extended capacity battery for the quoted price which was nice. The battery was replaced and they showed me it was at 100% health, when I got home I noticed the camera was blurry, front and back, and the screen had what looked like water marks or dark spots, i gave them a call and Zach told me to bring it in and he’ll take a look at it and fix it for free, they fixed the water marks and supposedly the cameras, I left and half way back home I opened the cameras and the back one was great but the but the front camera wouldn’t open on any apps. I brought it right back and they took a look at it and were very calm and polite about it, they did offer me an iPhone X as a loner while they worked on it for the next 2 days. Zach called me in and asked if it was alright to reset my phone in case they had to, which I appreciated very much. Later Zach informed me that they couldn’t fix the phone that was originally just getting a new battery, they said they would happily replace my phone with another of the same model. So I agreed to take the new phone and unfortunately it was a white iPhone even tho I traded my black one, not a big deal but just would have been nice. A few days of using the replacement phone they gave me it started acting up, the screen was glitching, and after some research it discovered something called β€œGhost touch’s” were happening, it’s where your phone randomly taps spots on the screen, it was extremely frustrating trying to work with this phone, so I lost my cool and called the St Vital location and got upset with Zach which he didn’t deserve, it wasn’t his fault and they all did their best to get me with a working phone but I feel luck wasn’t on their side. He apologized for the issues. We got onto the topic of why I needed this iPhone 8 fixed when I have a working IPhone X with me all the time, I told him that my X was IMEI device banned from Snapchat due to some activity I can’t get into. Once he knew that’s the reason I needed this older phone working he told me if I brought it my 8+ and the banned X he would just give me a brand new iPhone X in exchange, I didn’t hesitate to accept that offer even tho technically I was just giving them my 8+ for nothing and trading that X, but at this point I was too frustrated to argue so I accepted his offer, it’s been a few hours with this phone and I know it’ll be fine for a long time as I used the same one for 2 days as a loner. So in conclusion, I would give MobileTechLab a 5/5 for customer service as it was amazing the way they were understanding and polite the whole way through, especially Zach, and a solid 2/5 for quality of service, with an average of 3/5. I’m not saying don’t go to these guys because I will likely be here again if I have any issues with this phone because the prices can’t be beat, and the staff are very kind, but just for anyone who is unsure about their services, it’s worth it, I would just go through the phone before you leave,things like cameras, buttons, screen, and they show you before you leave but if not the battery.
