★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my son there for a fade and he was seriously disappointed. He said the lady was shakey and didn't seem to know what she was doing, not to mention it took her a long time for what should've been a simple cut, he only had about an inch to cut off. Cost $20 for nothing but a huge disappointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped going here a while ago and recently came back because I couldn't make it to my regular hair place. Asked for a simple hair cut... a fade. I have short hair.
I asked if the lady could make it shorter and she said no because she has "fat fingers"... so she cut freely with the scissors and it looks like a botched mess... hair is uneven.
The initial reason I stopped going here was due to a staff member who literally had the onset of Parkinson's or something and was very shaky with the scissors and I thought she was going to accidentally stab my eyes.
Looks like all the staff members are terrible in their own way.
NEVER COME HERE. It's worth making an appointment at a proper hair place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to walk in for a quick haircut. Prices are reasonable. If you want, they will shampoo your hair before your haircut and it is included in the price. Staff is always friendly and welcoming. I've been going here for a few years now. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although the website is CLEARLY specifying discounted pricing for SENIORS the shop is NOT displaying such pricing and the personnel seems to be totally un-aware about this. My wife has mentioned about this to the hairstylist lady and she argued that Magicuts never practiced such discounts

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked for a 0 on the side with a low fade and 2 inches left on the top so I could still slick it back or let it do whatever it wants.
Ended up having a 0 on the sides with no fade and less than an inch left on the top, where I couldn't even slick it back at all. From the time I began to get my hair cut 2 other clients were able to get their hair done and finished before mine was even done.
Also, ended up buzzing it all off at home as I felt embarrassed to have my hair like that.
