If you're thinking of getting wireless service you need to be very cautious dealing with Rogers! The most expensive monthly charge I had BEFORE Rogers was $145 which ran all devices in our home. In just a few short months with this company, bills went up as high as $800 PER month. Same users, same devices! I had no choice but to cancel this overpriced service but they they still stuck me with a bill for a wireless hub I don't need and can't afford to run. Unbelievably awful customer service!!!

Went today to purchase a phone case and a screen protector. The gentle who work there(forgot to ask his name sadly) was super helpful. Help me find the right case. Afterwards he even went through the warranty register process for the screen protector with me. Thank you!

They don't ever answer their phone! I have tried 12x in the last 6 hrs. I hate when businesses can't be bothered to pick up a call from a customer.
