★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay FAR AWAY FROM this company. Internet does not work and when you try to cancel they will scam you $300 in cancellation fee. On top of that, it will take you 3 months to get in contact with them because they will ignore all your emails. P.S They will continue to charge you even after cancelation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overpriced. Internet goes down and stays down when the power simply flickers. I had to rush out this morning and got home late and the phone lines are after support so they just “file a support ticket” ok so i get no internet for the rest of the night and don’t get refunded for the 24 hours of internet use i pay for. I cant watch my baby monitor or play netflix for my toddler. No estimated time of when to expect to hear from someone. Terrible service. Terrible customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could leave no stars filled I would. The Sharbot of this telephone company is an absolute joke. Their lack of knowledge is only rivalled by a child and even then I’m sure children in this day and age could be more productive. I’ve been in this area for over a decade and since then only one house hold I know of has dependable internet. Others I’ve fortunately set up starlink dishes and it is night and day the difference. This company will literally charge you for internet service that works 15 minutes a day and say there is no issue. I’ve never seen such poor service or work ethic in my life. I’ve had them come to run “fibre” lines at one and they of course did not come prepared with the correct cables and never returned. There absolutely should be a petition signed to have them removed from Sharbot lake area and have a capable and dependable provider brought in. Even Bell Canada is a better provider than this joke of a company. If you require internet and want to live out here go to Westport, WTC much more capable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super easy to deal with. Booked my install about a month before I moved in. Their install crew showed up at 9AM on day of install, took about 2 hours and they were done. Everything works amazing. Crazy fast speeds. I could not be happier with their product and service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This may have been one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever had with a telecommunications company (and yes, I've been with Rogers before!). After waiting about 7 months from what I was told for fibre to be installed in my town, I had it working for all of 4 hours before it cut out. When I email and called (their support is only 9 to 5, Mon to Fri., by the way) I was told on Friday afternoon that they would need to send a tech to look at it but that it wouldn't happen till the following week. Unfortunately I run a business out of my home so this cost me business. If you are looking for reliable internet and service support then I would recommend staying away from this provider. They lack serious infrastructure and are not equipped to deal with more than 1 problem per day it seems.
