★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to get a new phone today and the manager Manjit went above and beyond. He took the time to explain the plan options, payment options, and similar phones to what I was looking for. He spent a good amount of time waiting for me to make my decision and even gave me a great deal that I wouldn't have been able to find elsewhere. Would definitely return as a customer here. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a night and day experience a person can have when dealing with cell phone companies. As such , I need to reach out and give Daphne a virtual high five and a huge thank you for an outstanding job !! I first was having problem with my trail camera that sends pictures directly to my cell phone and after dealing with 2 other cell stores in the Quarry (who had no clue) , I asked if anyone at the team at theSource could help. Daphne took up the challenge and after about 4 minutes had a functioning , working solution. Then just recently we had to upgrade our son's cell phone account. The experience was pretty much the same, painless, efficient and fast. She found us the best plan , best phone , best price and had everything quickly organized and ready to sign. We live in an extremely impatient world where the customer experience is the new marketing and it is great to see that this young lady has mastered that subtle but genuine art !!!

Special thanks to Parker who sold me my brand new PlayStation 5, he assisted me and was very knowledgeable about the products he was selling. Will be coming back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mufi the store manager helped my wife add I to switch phone plans over to Bell and gave excellent customer service in switching all data, pictures and videos over to our new phones. I would highly recommend their Source store in Cochrane!
