Devon and Tammy were super helpful been wanting to buy a bed from this place for years . I would give this place a 5 star but the moment I walked it felt un easy and unwelcomed , Richard the front desk made our experience there very unpleasant he basically stared at us like we didn't belong there .. worst experience and feeling in the town of Cochrane.. we even bought multiple beds and pro platforms for our family we could have easily went to the city for this but we chose Mattress Mattress. Despite the unwelcomed feeling from that individual I would recommend this place to anybody if you're wanting a perfect bed . Spending nearly 6 grand and to be treated as such is unacceptable in my opinion

We recently purchased a new bed at Mattress Mattress in Cochrane and we couldn’t be happier. Our sales associate Richard was kind and helpful from the moment we walked through the door. The company had all of the safety protocols in place through COVID to allow us to test the different mattresses. We received education on the different mattress types and ended up choosing a latex mattress over coil. Our bed was manufactured in Calgary, so it felt good to support local. Delivery was excellent and in the time as expected. We even ended up getting an adjustable frame and new pillows to complete the set. We now have the luxury sleeping experience we were looking for. Buyer beware‼️ We were very disappointed in the service here. We have a beautiful expensive maple frame which we have owned for quite some time. Never had an issue getting mattresses for it. We ordered a double extra long mattress and box spring from them. Trying to shop local. Family run business etc… Costumer service seemed excellent at first but it turned out to be a front. When our mattes arrived we aired it for a couple of days and then tried to put it in the frame. It didn’t fit! A standard size double extra long is 54 inches wide by 80 inches long. Since this one came 52 1/2 inches wide and 77 1/2 inches Iong! Which is no where near the right size. We tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and we were understanding and tried to be kind. Tammy said they would for sure help rectify it. We felt that it was probably a manufacture error and not their fault. She asked us to send photos of the length and width to prove its not the correct size…. We offered to FaceTime or bring the entire mattress back so they could check the measurements themselves but they declined. ? After receiving the photos we got a call from a gentleman (maybe name was Dwayne? Not sure). He told us he can’t send those pictures to manufacture as they won’t replace it. We again offered to show them in person it was not the correct size. We were trying to be fair and said the length wasn’t as big a deal as we could cut and weld the frame back together but the width just won’t work.. it falls through. He response was all his double frames are about that width. (52 1/2 inches) When we called other bigger mattress stores they sell double extra longs that would actually fit our frame. To be kind and in the thought they are a family based small business, we even offered to keep the ill sized mattress if they could rectify the box spring. They wouldn’t even meet us 1/2 way! He told us we would have to modify our bed frame further by cutting wood slates to go across instead. ? If you shop here, be sure to check carefully the size of your bed vs the mattress as even if it’s obviously not correct…. They absolutely will not honour proper sizing once you get it home. And if your the type to yell if it’s not correct…do so, we were probably too nice about it all. We now will either have to greatly modify our bed frame to fit 52 1/2 by 77 1/2 instead of 84 by 80. (then how do we get new mattresses for it in the future?) or buy a whole new set and we will be out the $$ no matter which way we go. ☹️ On top of it all, our double extra long sheets are too big and don’t it the bed properly! ? Over all we are not impressed with this business. Just be careful when you shop here, sounds like others have had a better experience but we certainly won’t be back for the rest of our mattresses in the future.

I've never been here, but I'm sure they do a great job, based on other reviews. And, using context clues, they probably have mattresses. And I do like me a good mattress.

A month ago I bought new pillows and a winter duvet from this store to replace the old ones we had. The service was excellent, and the staff made simple recommendations on what I needed for support while sleeping. The pillows have worked out great! I highly recommend the latex ones that they sell, they're super supportive and never sag. I get an amazing night's sleep all the time now. I am also really happy that they offer a larger size of duvet so that there is enough blanket hanging over the sides of our king sized bed (with a 21" thick mattress).

This place was incredible. I had great service from Devon, Tammy and the rest of the staff. They were excellent to deal with, professional, and listened to ensure all my needs were met for purchasing a new mattress. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this store to anyone looking for a mattress, bed or anything sleep related.

We are very lucky to have such an amazing store in town!! It is very clean and welcoming! Sales staff were friendly! Tammy was super awesome! She met with me 3 days straight to find the perfect mattress for me! She made the purchase fun and exciting!! Love Tammy and will recommend her to everyone!
