Technical service is great. Adam was very experienced and had me installed within a couple of hours. They are flexible with their offerings and I got exactly what I wanted at a reasonable price. It helped that I was very close to one of their towers!

I have nothing but good things to say about my recent install. Jordan was actually early for the appointment, walked me through everything, had some awesome suggestions (which we implemented). He was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Will not hesitate to recommend Velocity and especially Jordan. Thank you!! Great job!!

Adam is great but the customer service and technical support is absolutely awful. Every time I call (which is frequently because my internet drops constantly), they are absolutely no help. They are so focused on saving money that they'll spend hours having you trouble shoot your own issues until they FINALLY realize its their brutal equipment and service. The woman I spoke to on the phone spoke to me as if I had never used a computer before. I am in IT. I would try a different service, but it is not worth it.

My outside internet cable failed on the Friday before the long weekend. Velocity sent a tech who arrived at 5:30 pm. He spent 2 hours finding and repairing the problem so that we were good to go for the long weekend. The service was above and beyond. I've been a customer for over 5 years and they have always provided great service and support. 2021-01-07 Just received great tech support on an internet speed issue. Tech worked me through a bunch of testing and helped isolate a problem that was on my end. Great service as always.

This local company is nothing short of extraordinary! I have nothing but great praise for everything they do. Their support is super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Their on site technical installers are professional and experienced. I had a deer rip my outdoor cable at minus 40C this winter and they sent a repair man as soon as the temperature hit minutes 30 and things were repaired to perfection. I have been a client almost from day 1 and have seen them grow and expand their network and upgrade their equipment. I have actually recorded the fastest download ever over a wireless network and the second highest ever in my travels to 33 countries! Their towers never go down and even now during COVID work from home I am able to host zoom meeting with up to 20 people on five continents better than from my office in Calgary. I just recommended two friends to the service because I am so happy with it. Just so you know I am a Computer Engineer so have high expectations of technology but I’m happy to say they have exceeded all of them. We also have an Airbnb in our home and none of our guests have ever complained about the Internet.

We had a terrible experience w Telus Hub. Velocity speed is so much faster and more reliable. But it’s their service that is 5 ⭐️ Jordan the installer showed us what trees to prune to ensure great reception and he even offered to set up our wireless printer. Absolutely excellent customer service.

I'm a new customer for Velocity Networks after being with a large competitor for many years. My old ISP was really bad for overselling their towers and while I was paying for a 50Mbps plan, I saw speeds on average of more like 5Mbps. I finally had enough and talked to a neighbour that is an existing customer of Velocity who had nothing but good things to say. I made the move and so far things are working great and I am getting good speeds . I've not been with Velocity long enough to give a review on their service so this review is about my initial experience with their installation and setup. One of Velocity's technicians, Jordan, did my install on Saturday and his work was nothing less than fantastic. We had some problems getting connectivity at first, but he did not give up and ended up being onsite for the better part of the day. He was meticulous in his work and paid great attention to detail (as if he was installing this at his own home). Jordan is very friendly, easy to deal with and had a lot of patience as well ... great customer service! If my installation experience is any indication of how Velocity is to deal with as a company I will be a customer for a long time. I'll follow this review up with another once i've had a few more months of their service.

The tech came out, I’m pretty sure his name was Jason, and we have had better internet in the last week since our install than we had in 5yrs with our other provider. It’s only been a couple weeks but we have nothing but good things to say so far.
