About OnGrowing Works Ltd
Mikayla Andrews joined OnGrowing Works as a Horticulture Supervisor in May 2021. One of her primary responsibilities is to execute landscape and planting projects, as well as manage clients’ plant work orders. Known for her natural green thumb and infectious smile, Mikayla has been working in the green industry since 2016, and her love of plants is evident as demonstrated through her ever growing personal house plant collection. Currently, she holds a Horticulture Technician Certificate and a Horticulture Technologist Diploma from Olds College and is currently completing her Bachelor of Applied Science Degree at Olds College where she is majoring in horticulture. Mikayla loves that her role at OnGrowing Works gives her the opportunity to learn and grow, while simultaneously letting her have a positive impact on client yards. She’s most motivated when she sees enjoyment on a client’s face and loves working for a sustainability-focused company. When she’s not at work, you can find her baking or going on walking adventures with her partner and dog.
