Was driving home at 9:30pm tonight on a 50km road, tailed for a couple blocks by one of their trucks. When they finally got around me, they tailed more cars until they had enough room to gas it going 70km. Honestly, I see road rage all the time, but this was unnecessary and ruins your company image. It was late enough that there was no where you needed to rush like that. So unimpressed. Please be more respectful.

We brought our house over 2 1/2 yrs back now and the after care these guys invest time in blows me away. Any issues (be it all small and in the misc Caterogy) they are so prompt to come out i applaud that customer service and wish other businesses could mirror that. Thank you guys for building awesome homes with great people and to top it off with a pure professional custom service department.

My friend is still waiting for a working air conditioning unit a year and half after purchasing a brand new Kingsmith condo. They tried to ‘fix’ it with the wrong motor and put it in upside down. Horrible service. Don’t recommend this builder.

We were super impressed with how engaged they kept us during construction and genuine care they showed towards helping us achieve the look we wanted and remain on budget. In the end our home was completed on time, on budget and with quality workmanship. I will definitely recommend Kingsmith to others for new builds or for renovation projects/ basement development in the future!

I've had a couple mishaps with my home but Owen schedules a day and repairs it as soon as he can. They explain the issues and resolve them. I am happy with this home builder and recommend anyone to buy or build a home threw kingsmith. They have great staff!

Any settling issues, i.e. drywall screws showing etc. were fixed immediately and to a high standard. Had an issue with the hot water heater after 16 months and they were here in 45 minutes to fix the issue. Great service, great company

Kingsmith took the time to understand what our dream home vision was, designed it, helped us tweak it (by sharing with us things that we had not thought of), walked us through design decisions, and ultimately executed a home that exceeded our expectations. They walked us through every stage of the process with patience and insight. The quality of home exceeds any of our previous builds (this is our 3rd time building a home). We moved into our home 8 months ago and have been pleasantly surprised by the level service provided post possession as well. I would definitely build again with Kingsmith should the need arise and would happily recommend Kingsmith to anyone interested (which I have and continue to do). We had a wonderful experience building with Kingsmith.
