We keep coming back! The Woolrich Group is our go-to interior designer and renovator. We have been slowly making our 1974 constructed home our own. It is more economical for us to renovate a little bit at a time and Woolrich Group has been gracious to cater to our needs. Our family has hired the Woolrich Group for a number of renovation projects in our home including bathroom, kitchen, ceilings, floors and stairs. The interior designer works with elegance and taste appropriate to the customer. The craftsmanship of the woodworkers, carpenters, painters, electricians, plumbers, and flooring installers is excellent. We trust the Woolrich Group with the key to our home. We will go back for their help, advice, and work again. And again.

We purchased an older townhouse in need of a total rejuvenation of the space. kitchen, bathroom, flooring and ceiling all needed replacing along with a fresh coat of paint. Living out of the province, we needed someone to attend to the complete details of the renovation in our absence in a short time without delay. We were very glad to have our realtor’s referrals to several potential renovators. After discussing the project with three of the referrals, it was refreshing to discover the attentiveness and energetic enthusiasm of The Woolrich Group. The day after closing on the home, we met with Cecily and Lucy at the property for a brainstorm session to begin to create a super new space based on our design ideas. A small space but no small task to take the worn out townhouse interior apart and put it together as new. It took one more meeting over coffee with Cecily to estimate a working budget including time spent choosing flooring, fixtures and paint and the plan was in motion. We were kept informed in a timely manner receiving regular progress updates and photos as the work was being completed. Even with a change of kitchen plans the work schedule was on time and in budget. There were two issues to fix and they were quickly taken care of after move in. Our tired out townhouse is like a brand new house, it is now a welcoming, fresh, modern, beautiful space. The Woolrich Group is certainly a professional renovation company with experienced and truly dedicated people to take care of every detail. We’re very happy with their services and would love to work with them again on a future project. We decided to go with Woolrich after meeting with multiple contractors for many reasons. First, Cecily was prompt and came with an open mind, really listening to what we wanted and what was best for our family. Second, she was very quick getting a quote back and did not hide fees. Cecily and her team were very open and upfront with costs and were willing to work with us to reduce costs where we could. The design process was fun and easy with Woolrich and Bruce was very open with his communications and easily accessible. We LOVE our renovations and the whole process was really made as painless as possible by Woolrich. The quality in supplies and workmanship are evident. They stand by their products and will come and fix something promptly until it is done to your satisfaction. Whenever we do more renovations, Woolrich will be who we go with!

We were looking for a company to develop our basement. We gathered 4 quotes, and we chose Woolrich Group. With any major construction project, you are likely to face hiccups, and with this team in place, those interruptions were minimal, handled swiftly and professionally, and most importantly, we ended up with the basement of our dreams on time and UNDER budget. It can be a stressful time doing renovations but this was far less stressful than I imagined it would be, and even more fun! Woolrich was responsive to our needs and we are very pleased with how the space turned out. We have a beautiful high quality basement now. The contractors were great also. We will recommend this team to anybody who has a project at home.

We met with a few contractors but decided to go with Woolrich because we liked that they took the time to really listen to what we wanted, as well as understand what we weren’t sure about. We were impressed that they didn't come across as salespeople - they were down to earth and easy to talk to. Cecily, Bruce. and Kelsey were amazing to work with. They were knowledgable, had a lot of different ideas and were able to switch gears when we wanted to go different directions. The customer service is 2nd to none! The work they accomplished was exceptional and we were so proud to show-case our house not just to our family and friends but on social media. They made the whole process pretty easy because they have great experience working with all types of people - both sub-contractors and customers. And most importantly, they love their jobs! We had our whole house renovated - upstairs and downstairs - we rented a house while they worked on our house and within 4 months, we were back in our newly renovated house for Christmas! Even after the renovation, Bruce and his team came back to tie up loose ends and finish / fix small things - proving their dedication and commitment to making the experience for us unforgettable. 5/5 Stars to the incredible team at Woolrich.
