Excellent communication with timing of service providers and trades people. No surprises with additional costs. all requests met with "no problem". Good advice on design and honest opinion regarding some choices to avoid. Installers were a pleasure to have in our busy home.

They accomplished that in record time, and also relocated our current cabinets to a temporary location for use during the main floor renovation. Both professionals are highly skilled, extremely knowledgeable, customer-oriented, quality-focused, share a keen attention to detail and are engaging conversationalists. Bottom line: they exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Hacker Kitchens and their team.
Phase 1 - Design: Customer service second to none! We have just finished redesigning our kitchen and chose Hacker Kitchens for many reasons, including their leading edge technology. Even more impressive has been the level of customer service we've experienced throughout the entire design process.
Adam and Jo have been collaborative, resourceful and patient as we 'co-created' the final design. Their expertise, ability to listen and translate ideas to design elements have helped us achieve our goal - a contemporary and elegant transformation that flows with the rest of our home. Based on our experiences thus far, we have unshakeable confidence in the choices we've made and look forward to the next phase, installation.
