Great service! I bought a rzr through Simon, I live a few hours from Mountain toys so the whole process was done over the phone and through email. They were great to deal with and i would recommend them to anyone looking for a ATV, utv or snowmobile.

I WOULDNT TAKE MY MACHINES ANYWHERE ELSE!! Mountain toys Polaris has extremely knowledgeable staff and outstanding customer service always expect a smile and hello as you walk in even when they are with other customers. (I'm a huge stickler for being noticed in a store as you walk especially a store of that caliber-it makes you feel good about spending your money there) These guys went above and beyond for me and from what I hear they do for everyone. It was my first time shopping here, I brought in my RZR that sunk in about 12 feet of water. The cost of repairs was undetermined- Matt did an excellent job of keeping me in the loop while they were taking it apart to warn me about the cost going up as they got into the machine. I have had experiences in Calgary shops where they tell me a repair is going to cost $300 and upon picking up the machine I was handed a $1500 bill. So this went a long way. Scott was also kind enough to set up a payment plan as my bill was near $4000 and even stored my trailer while the machine sat there. (Sorry for taking up the space guys but it meant alot) I would 100% reccomend anyone to give Mountain Toys Polaris in Cochrane a shot !! (Also if you guys read this before the first does anyone feel like meeting me at the shop on the 1st so i can pick up the machine? Lol supposed to go fishing on ghost) THANKS A MILLION Mountain Toys!!!

Absolutely terrible service and experience dealing with Mountains Toys. I needed a recall done on my motorcycle, while they didn't have the part in stock, they said I had to bring my bike in for them to order the part. So I brought my motorcycle in and left it with them for about a month. After not hearing anything for over 3 weeks, I called them and asked if they had received the part yet. I was informed the part was back ordered and they had no timeline on when the part was going to be in stock and I should come and pickup the motorcycle. So I picked it up and brought it back home. After about 5 months, they called me in February to tell me that the part was now in stock and I had to bring the bike in for the recall. I told them it was the middle of winter, I do not own a truck and it was going to have to wait till Spring. I called them in the Spring to setup a time to get the recall done. I was told they couldn't give me a estimate on how long I would had to leave my bike there. After mentioning that the recall would only take 30 minutes to perform I was rudely informed that it was "First come, first serve basis" and it could be between anywhere from a week to a month. I decided I wasn't going to risk half my riding season for a recall that was should only take about 30 minutes to complete. I decided to take my motorcycle elsewhere. I called a different shop and they had me scheduled in and completed the recall within 24hrs of me contacting them. When the new shop tried to bill the manufacturer for the recall, Mountain Toys had already billed and been paid by the Manufacturer, even though recall had never been performed. I called Mountain Toys to tell them to reverse the recall they had billed for as the work by them was never performed. The women on the phone was extremely rude and hostile. I was told to bring the bike in right now and "they would just do the recall". When I told her that I would not be bringing the motorcycle to them, she made a rude and snarky remark and then abruptly hung up the phone before I was able to get any closure on the problem being solved. Absolutely despicable behavior for someone that is supposed to be in customer service as well as shady business practices.

In early May 2019 i was steered toward Mountain Toys in Cochrane to sell my 2013 800 Razor on consignment. Through that process I met Matt (service manager) and Scott (owner) and they were both very knowledgeable and straight forward with regards how the consignment process worked. During the time my Razor was listed I took my time looking around for a used newer side by side which never panned out. I expressed my interest in a new machine to Matt and he was able to give me ideas on what to best suited my needs for what I wanted the machine for. I visited the store twice trying to decide on which machine to go with while getting all kinds of brochures from Matt with all prices laid out very clear. While making my decision and awaiting the sale of my Razor Matt and Scott allowed me to take a brand new 2019 Polaris 1000 General for 9 days to test drive at our lake property. Well upon my return after the 9 days my Razor sold and i decided on the 2019 1000 General. I was very impressed with their honesty and generosity during the sale of my Razor and the purchase of my new General. I would strongly recommend Mountain Toys if you are considering selling a machine on consignment and definitely if you are in the market for a new one. I look forward to taking my machine to Mountain Toys for servicing when the time comes for regular maintenance.. Good job Mountain Toys....

I’ve had a horrible time getting these guys to return my calls or even make the calls that they said they were going to do. I love my new RZR, but wish that I had bought it somewhere else. From the forgetful salesman to the invisible service manager….. these guys can’t service what they sell. I would not recommend Mountain Toys to anyone.

Small town yields small town problems. They never have anything in stock. It takes a week to get a loose tire changed. Folks behind the counter don't really understand what is needed. I find it frustrating and a chore everytime I have to go here. This isn't for a lack of giving them chances. I've bought a motorcycle here, had maintenance done here, tried to buy parts here, but it's always the same result. I try to buy all of my parts online and only use this store if I absolutely have to. This is nothing personal, just my experiences.

I have had a great experience here. Simon in Sales is excellent and really cares about his customers. Willing to go the extra mile! I also had a positive experience with recent warranty work that needed to be done on my Ranger XP. Thanks! I will be back!
