★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a surgery here today; the recovery nurse and the two surgical nurses I spoke to were unbelievably kind. It made the whole experience so much better. I wish I could remember the recovery nurse’s name she was so helpful and considerate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Staff from the receptionist, nurses and anesthesiologist were very kind as I brought my elderly family member for cataract surgery on her right eye. Although it was quite busy the staff were still being polite and respectful. I was brought in with my grandma to help translate as she only speaks some English as well as is hard of hearing. I was told that I would be able to sit towards the back of the room to help translate. When we were getting my family member set up, I was told very rudely by Dr. Chow to sit in the chair and not move. The nurse explained I was brought in to translate. I tried to stand as I wanted to make sure my family member could hear me but I was again told very rudely that I needed to sit down as I could mess up the entire procedure. However all I was trying to do was translate to her that she needed to reposition herself. Dr. Chow commented in a ill mannered way that she was not understanding me or him so without any warning he pulled her up by both arms to reposition her in the chair. I was so appalled as I watched in horror him grabbing my 86 year old grandmother. Who in the world grabs an elderly woman in that unprofessional mannerism?! I am so angered by today's events that I am refusing to return to see him for my grandmother's second cataract surgery in her left eye. Please avoid this doctor. If anything go for the surgery or to this clinic but do not see Dr. Chow!
