I chose RGH for my first pregnancy and had an excellent experience. Dr. Ting Ting Li was simply excellent and supported us very well morally. We always looked forward to our appointments with her and would beam with joy after meeting her and talking to her. She used to address all my issues perfectly and patiently and would just have such a calming effect on me. I would highly recommend Dr. Ting Ting Li to any would be mom. She's more than a doctor!!! Last but not the least, all the nurses and duty doctors were very caring and supportive.

I was a long time (late-1980s) patient with this clinic. My original family doctor moved away however, passed me onto one of her colleagues. After a few years that colleague reduced her hours and I ended up being transferred to a third. I had my two children there, however I could not tell you who my designated doctor was, nor who ended up delivering my babies. The personal touch was lost, I just became a shared patient. I injured my knee quite badly in a cycling accident. After expressing my ongoing pain and discomfort, and that 2 years after my injury, and having made multiple attempts to have this looked at and taken care of, nothing had been diagnosed. The staff were rude and completely dismissive of me while telling me that I just don't belong there anymore because this clinic focuses on babies, my knee was not a priority. After explaining that this is my family doctor for my children and myself for the last 30 years, never did I get notification from the practice that they had changed their focus, they proceeded to tell me that it doesn't take high intelligence to figure out that this is a maternity clinic but they will book me an appointment anyway if I would like. The doctor expressed that the staff are in charge of running the clinic how they see fit. That was my last appointment. They never resolved my injury, nor did they ever call me to follow up or set up an annual or follow up on the testing where I was apparently on the 18 month waiting list for and I never returned ever again. So where they say family practice be aware that maternity is there preferred revenue and the staff is more then willing to tell you to get lost.

I am currently sitting eating my lunch in the maternity ward before being discharged to head home, after having my twins 2 days ago. From 6.30am on Thursday when we checked in, to now, all I can say is this has been an incredible experience. My babies, my husband and I have been so well looked after by everyone. Despite being short staffed, everyone is so caring, making sure we have all the help and support we need, with smiles on their faces the entire time. The idea of having twins by csection was nerve-wracking and daunting, especially when the risk to twins is higher than single babies, but had I known what faced me in advance, I would not have been so worried. I had my first child in a different hospital a few years ago and that experience was very stressful, even though I had a straight forward pregnancy. This is why I opted for Rockyview this time. I could not be happier with my experience and would do it ten times over than what I went through with my first. They are simply amazing at what they do!!! So much so that I wanted to take a few mins to write this review before we go home and our lives are all about babies. I will forever be grateful to the amazing staff here.

Dr. Crickard and Dr. Kennedy are so caring and professional. I was very lucky to have my Doctor Dr. Crickard deliver my baby. The nurses and receptionists are all very friendly and sweet. I have the best experiences here compare to my previous maternity clinic near the T&T in North.

I have been using this place since I got pregnant and was referred by my doctor. The doctors are good and experienced. I have been seeing Dr. Ross and Dr. Nowrie. The only issue I have is that they do not keep to time. If you have an appointment for 10am for example, you might not get to see the doctor till 10.30am or even later. Overall, it's a good maternity practice

My doctor here seems very good, the reception has always been friendly and my appointments have always started relatively on time. My one complaint is i was forced to have a phone appt with a nurse named Marilyn prior to meeting my dr. She is awful, the absolute worst if they say you have to have an appt with her refuse and ask for someone else. She is demeaning, speaks on things outside her scope of practice and will generally leave you feeling like a scolded 12 year Old that's trying to cause harm To your unborn child . A stress You do not need. This call is a complete waste of time. I immediately made an appt the next day to see my family dr and asked for a referral elsewhere. She convinced me to still give the clinic a chance . This nurse should retire .

Had Dr. Sloper for my first and Dr. Denesuk for my second child's pre-natal appointments. They were the most excellent doctors I've dealt with in a long time. Any time we had a replacement doc. they were just as great. They came prepared and had read my chart so they knew a little about my history before the appointment. Nothing but good things to say about the entire office.

We’ve had a wonderful experience with Dr. Jensen as my wife’s maternity physician. She’s been so kind, thorough and warm. I felt comforted with her level of care which was exceptional. I think the quality of the physicians is what really makes this practice shine.
