The Allan Centre was established in 2002 to provide women with a centre where their intimate concerns could be addressed with compassion and care. As a board-certified gynecologist, Dr. Allan has the training to deal with all your female health concerns. His female staff understand that some topics may be difficult or embarrassing to discuss but all are committed to help you obtain the answers you need to make informed choices.
Our staff are all selected and trained to help you on your journey to discover the options available to help you live your life to the fullest. They are there to answer your questions and ensure that you feel valued and empowered. We all want to help you obtain the answers you need to make informed choice about your health and wellness.
Our private clinic is designed to make you feel comfortable and safe to discuss any intimate issue. We book appointments with adequate time for you to thoroughly discuss your concerns, have all your questions answered and learn your options.
Highly respected by the women he treats, their families and the medical community, Dr. Allan has delivered over 10,000 babies and performed thousands of gynecologic and Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation™ surgeries over the past 20 years.

Lifestyles Allan Centre is our clinic which focusses on bladder incontinence. It is a designed to make you feel warm and welcome and provide options for bladder incontinence including physiotherapy, medication, surgery and our new non-surgical treatment for stress urinary incontinence (SUI).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend to any women or mothers who are having any kind of incontinence issues to see Dr Allan. I went to the women's clinic for a couple years and was not getting the results I wanted. I went to see Dr Allan, was told my options, got booked in for surgery. It's now been a month since my surgery and when I went for my follow up today I asked the doctor if I could hug him. I feel like a grown woman again. It sucks there is so many women out there dealing with this, but there is a hero and his name is Dr Allan. He was amazing prior to surgery making me feel more comfortable, his staff was amazing as well. I am ecstatic I got this surgery!!

Dr. Allan and the staff were professional and made the experience comfortable and easy. Melissa from the office went above and beyond to make the whole process seamless and easy, ensuring everything was lined up perfectly with my flights coming in from out of province. Both Dr. Allan and Melissa have been diligent in following up post op and are quick to respond to any questions. Recovery has been smooth sailing with absolutely no pain. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here is incredible. Melissa felt like my long-lost friend the entire time we were in contact on the phone, and she was also holding my hand while I had my minor surgery done. Such great energy! The office itself was warm and inviting and very clean.
Dr. Allan was very professional and pleasant. He explained everything to me before the procedure was done and was very patient with my questions. Two weeks after my procedure I was feeling uncertain about how I was healing and I texted his cel phone with my concerns. He responded immediately and definitely put my mind at ease.
After surgery they explained everything to me regarding the healing process, what I should and should not do, and they sent me home with medications, some supplies to help me heal better, and a little package with the doctor's cel number.
Even my 6-week follow-up visit yesterday was a positive experience. Dr. Allan assured me that I was healing well and that if anything happened that made me concerend, I just need to call them and make an appointment to be seen.
Overall, I'm thoroughly impressed and satisfied!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am extremely pleased with Dr Allan and his team. From the moment I met him, in tears I might add- he was comforting yet professional. Anything related to females and their insecurities is such a delicate topic and I felt at ease the entire time. Melissa was great, straight forward and felt like i was talking to an old girlfriend. She cheered me on and wiped my tears away.
I had my surgery last Friday. The facility was clean and the nurses there were like no one I’ve ever met in my life. I was terrified, riddled with anxiety and they had a way of calming me through normal conversation and cracking jokes. Who would have thought I would be laughing preparing for a surgery. I was comfortable the entire time, Dr Allan explained what was happening throughout the entire surgery and it was over before I knew it.
I have text him a few times to follow up on concerns, some of which I felt I knew the answer to but hearing his response somehow put me at ease. For a doctor to give you his cell phone number and to reply instantly both times, to me is amazing. I am sure I overreact and message him things I probably don’t need to, but he never makes me feel like I am a burden.
Healing has been easier than I thought pain wise and I am extremely excited to see how everything looks once I am healed.
If you have ANY insecurities, I highly recommend Dr. Allan and his team.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me get through my biggest insecurity.

During the consultation I addressed my concerns about the procedure and we came up with a solution that would make me feel as comfortable as possible. I was pleased at how fast I was able to make an appointment for the surgery. The day of the surgery was great, I arrived on time and the nurses were ready for me. I want to say a special thanks to Brittany as she was an absolute delight to talk with and explaining things to me the whole way. I strong believe that It’s important to have a kind and compassionate nurse/team beside you during these surgery’s. if anyone is thinking of getting this done but is maybe afraid like I was, just know there’s an amazing group at dr Allans and they go out of their way to take great care of you. The procedure was practically pain free too.

He is kind, compassionate and professional and really puts you at ease with explaining and understanding the whole process.
