★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frustrating. We went in to do a contact swap, and they didn't have the correct contacts in stock. So we gave them our 90day supply, got a less then market value credit for them, and had to book another appt to get fitted with the correct contact lenses.
A week later we went back for that fitting and they STILL didn't have the correct contacts in, so a variety of trial pairs were given to hold us over until they did show up in 3-5 business days.
A week and a half later Dr.Bishop's office STILL didn't have the contacts in, and didn't know the status of them, and didn't have all of the same kind of contacts that we requested. 2 more days went by for them to be able to round up another 20 pair for us, as we were going out of town and NEEDED the contacts (hense why we started the process 3 weeks before that). I was able to find the same contacts online, $20 cheaper AND delivered to my door in less then 48 hours.. while Dr.Bishop's contacts still haven't arrived to our house. (we had to buy a box from them or have a credit onfile... that is another mess that was NOT fun to sort out)
Bottom line.. this was not an easy or fun experience and we will be going elsewhere as the service was unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor Bishop (Eric) actually took time to chat with me re my history and requirements and we did a thorough test together. Not the rushed "This or This? Hurry up I want to get another 20 people through before lunch" rush I've sometimes experienced in the past. When my glasses arrive I feel reassured my prescription will be precise. Thank you Doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was my first eye-doctor eve in my life. Great 1st experience. 2nd experience not so much. They contacted me after a year to book in which I did. About 12 seconds into my appointment the staff informed me my health coverage was for an exam every 2 years only. I left immediately. Thanks guys! See you in a year! I was contacted again a year later to book in for an exam. I did and went in for it. Doctor and staff were great! Then on the way out I was told my appointment was actually 10 days BEFORE 2 years was up and I would have to pay for it as my insurer was not going to cover the visit. Terrible. F. They did cover half the visit as an apology which was very kind but I'm still shocked that this could have happened. Booooooooooo-urns.

I went there to get help with my lenses and CLEARLY mentioned that I can wait will May because thats when my insurance resets but the associates who were helping me suggested that I pay now and they can make me a new invoice in May to claim my insurance! So i paid the full amountThey promised to have the lenses ready in 7-8 business days which obviously dint happen!
I called them many times and got different responses! Finally after a month they called and said the lenses are ready for pickup and when I got there and mentioned about resissuing the invoice, they said we cant do that because i was given wrong information!!!!
They asked me to wait so they can check with their “Dr.Bishop” about inmb this situation and after making me wait for a long time, they said the doctor is busy so come back another time or just leave the lenses in the store and go back home and come tomorrow!
I have already made 30 minutes trips to their location a few times and this was just frustrating!!!!
I asked them for a solution and they said well you have to leave your lenses in the store till May and when your insurance resets you can come back and we can put the lenses in your frame!
At that point I just asked them to take their lenses back and return me the money because they wasted so much of my time already!
I will never ever recommend or visit their stores ever again!!!!
I had no problem paying but the way they lied to me about making a new invoice in May is just ridiculous and it was not 1 employee, it was 2 of them who assured me that it will happen and its normal for them to do this!!!
Kindly educate your associates to give proper information to customers and not waste their valuable time and refrain from promising what you cannot deliver!

He is courteous and personable and was able to quickly address my visual issues and allay my anxiety concerning the source of my visual problem as well as prescribe a course of treatment that appears appropriate for said condition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very impressed with Dr. Hoover and all the staff in the office, especially Sara and Valerie for their immense amount of help. I felt heard about concerns I had with previous glasses I had gotten elsewhere and was offered solutions to pick from with expert advice and assistance. This was my first visit there and it won’t be my last. I’ll be bringing my dad in next.
