★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Dr. Sarah Blenkhorn today and I was very pleased with my experience. She took her time to do a complete hearing assessment and later she discussed all the results with me. Their technology is quite advanced . The entire experience was nothing short of wonderful, friendly staff, and I would 100% recommend her if you are looking for a doctor who really cares for their patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to deal with one of the other hearing agencies in town but I've been a Harp customer for over 5 years now. Harp is so much more efficient, friendly and able to help me than the other agency. There is no hard sell at Harp and they really do everything they can to make sure you get the right hearing aids, and then they back it up with excellent customer service afterward. I plan to stay with Harp for as long as I can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not impressed! Booking clerk booked me a regular hearing test when I specifically asked for a tinnitus specialist. The audiologist showed up late, did my hearing test and told me her boss would be mad if she didn't charge me $200. That's the price for a tinnitus specialist which she was not. I had to rebook with another doctor - the so called specialist- who could not tell me why I had tinnitus and that there's little to be done about it. For my $200 -2 appointments and long drive across the city - I got no answers. The Dr said she could counsel me if its caused by stress but she wasn't a councellor. Bizarre!
