★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist (I guess Indian, based on her accent) was unnecessarily rude. I rang to schedule an appointment, upon answering my call, she seemed like she had better things to do and rushed the appointment setup. I called again to reschedule a different time due to last minute work related meeting being rescheduled. Even before I finished my sentence, she snapped at me saying that I already have an existing appointment and if I don’t turn up she’ll find my address and send me the bill. Based on this experience, I cancelled the appointment all together and she hung up on me. EXTREMELY RUDE and NOT RECOMMENDED.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my 8 year old daughter here on a Saturday. No wait, fast, courteous and efficient service. I didn't even have her care card on me but they helped her right away. Dr. Chitsaz was very reassuring and took time to answer questions. Two days later I called back with questions and they were again very courteous and helpful. Thank you!
