★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my nails done here before its renovation in the fall and I liked it. Just came in to have my regular nail polish change and the experience was totally different. Appointment was 10minutes late with no apologies. Polish color choice is very limited. The consistency of the polish and top coat were weird and too thick so it made it very tough for the esthetician to apply. Now I am waiting for the thick coat of polish to dry. There's no fan or equipment to help. The process should be around 20minutes and it took over 40minutes not including the time I am waiting for the polish to dry.
Update Review Dec 24: Thank you Life Luxe for that offer. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and offered to help fix my nails if any problems occurs. I did return several hours later to have the polish remove because all nails dried with many tiny bubbles which I never experienced at other spa/salon. The staff reschedule a complimentary appointment on the following day with a different esthetician, Christina. The polish application was much better. The Spa has also offered to provide other complimentary services to enhance my experience. I really appreciate how attentive the staff at the front desk were.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to a lot of spas in Vancouver and when on traveling. At Life Luxe Medical Spa, I have consistently received an extremely high level of customer service. The treatments I have received (including RMT massage, wellness massage, body scrub, pedicure) have all been excellent. The facility and spa beds are always immaculate and comfortable. I have also found the spa staff and treatment providers very approachable and understanding. They are ready to answer questions and help.The treatments can focus on wellness and the treatment providers care about you feeling great during, after and between appointments. If you enjoy aromatherapy, need time-sensitive treatments, or need some extra TLC, this is the place for you! It is easy to get to in Vancouver, centrally located near rapid transit, hotels and restaurants, in the downtown shopping and financial district.
I was back again last week for some RMT massage, and the therapist was excellent and provided lots of home care tips to help the feeling of wellness last longer.
Also, this is a great place to go with a friend, for a pedicure, manicure, etc. with lunch spots and transit nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Online it says their spa manicure included a foot soak but when I arrived they told me it was wrong, and when drying my nails they used a desk fan, which made me very cold. Also during the manicure I could hear a loud screeching noise and when I asked what the noise was they didn't know, and didn't try to stop it. I was rushed out of the salon without my nails being fully dried, they even took out my card out of my purse from my wallet and swiped it for me! Do not go here unless you want an amateur experience. The following day I talked with the manager and she gave me lotion to make up for the experience......really awkward and unwanted. DO NOT GO HERE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is HANDS DOWN the most amazing spa in Vancouver. I am always impressed with the level of care, service, quality and attentiveness from all the staff members at Life Luxe. Not just do they shower you with kindness, but all of the ladies are a pleasure to be around and really make it a wonderful experience everytime I go. I also LOVE every single treatment I get... I have amazing results every single time I go and have done multiple different treatments and services. I enjoy each and every visit and am SO happy I found this place at the Hyatt. Thanks so much Life Luxe, I will forever be a loyal customer and continue to rave about this place to all my friends and family. Would recommend to anyone!
