Dr. Arab is truly one of the best physicians I have encountered in this city. He is extremely well educated, always listens to his patients (takes them seriously) and is also very kind and patient. You can tell he loves what he does.

I used to brag about this clinic for at least a decade to everyone I knew. Now, they are like a circus and horrible from A-Z. They don’t show up for any video or phone call appointments and leave you in the virtual waiting room with zero communication or follow up. They no longer answer their phone no matter what time of day you call. Then it hangs up. They no longer successfully fax prescriptions - the pharmacy never has the prescription they say they sent and then I get stuck in a loop of them never answering. 2 days since I saw the doctor and I still don’t have the antibiotics and the pharmacy still doesn’t have my prescription despite multiple confirmations from the clinic. DO NOT go here.

Do yourself a favour and go to another clinic (honestly, any clinic other than this ), they don’t even want to see you!! I wonder with this level of dissatisfaction, how come this clinic is still in business. They just charged me $180 for my GP’s signature and one sentence on a piece of paper as a report. Basically, all he had to do was to say I don’t have an active TB and that I am vaccinated.( this report was for my school, and other clinics either don’t charge you, or they charge between $40-$60.) I asked the receptionist how come this is so expensive and she said it’s our policy (basically it is what it is, if u don’t like it don’t come here!) I had been a patient here for years, even though I avoid to book anything because it’s just a waste of time and energy. The rude receptionist is still the same, despite all the negative feedbacks, she has not been fired. (I think the staff know her name better than me, she’s always loud and angry no matter what, it seems like she hates her job too). No one really cares if you’re unhappy with them. There is no supervision at all. I am just very disappointed that I supported this clinic for years. I will never come back. Regarding online and phone appointments, they will call you whenever they want! You may be waiting for a phone appointment for hours. Again, no one at the clinic cares.

AVOID DR. BORJI. He is getting paid for doing a 3-minute assessment and then asks you to call back 2 days later if the symptoms are persistent hoping that you will call another doctor. This is the 3rd time it happens. If I could give 0 star, I would. It's by far the worst experience I have with this clinic. I booked a face to face appointment with Dr. Borji at 7:30 am explaining that I have the flu while pregnant. I presented myself at the clinic on time- 10:50am . 10 min later I was informed that there will be a phone appointment before the physical appointment. I was surprised but I understood that the Dr. Is trying to protect himself. 10 more minutes later, I received a call that lasted 3 min from Dr. Borji where I had to explain my symptoms in front of the whole waiting room with no privacy whatsoever. After his 3 min phone assessment, he advised to take Tylenol and he failed to provide any indication regarding the posology for a woman in my condition. A google search would have been more efficient. I found the whole situation distrubing and disrepectful. Dr Borji should not be offering face to face appointment if he is afraid to catch covid ( which he didn't even mention). I wasted my time going to the clinic when it turned out to be a call without any explanation. If you have experienced the same type of unethical behavior from this doctor, I recommend you to file a complaint which I will do as soon as I get better.

It's a great clinic for the residents of Coal Harbour. Yes it can get busy sometimes but with the closure of other clinics this is a huge asset to have in the neighborhood. The doctors are very nice and the new options for phone call and video conference appointments are very convenient

By far the most unprofessional medical institution I have ever used β€” and I have used and researched medical services in 87 countries. They made several mistakes on my requisition which cost me a lot of unnecessary pain and a day of work. Even sending a simple email or receiving a text message were herculean tasks that needed several repetitions to be done right. On top of that the clinic also has the rudest and most dismissive staff one can have. In my honest opinion not a place to go if you need help.

(I never give reviews but had to this time). Please: save yourself and go to another clinic. Reception staff seemed to do all they could, student doctor was amazing - but I would not recommend this place. Wait times are long (bookings mean nothing), wait area is crowded with no social distancing, and I was unfortunate enough to have a rude, mocking doctor. (Maybe it was a bad day, but still. Not exactly bedside manner). Would not recommend. Clinic advice: Do better. I simply don’t understand.

I don't normally write reviews but they were so terrible I feel compelled to. I had an appointment booked for 1:50pm. I get that things get busy so if the phone appointment was running 20 minutes, 30 minutes, even 45 minutes behind I would understand. But no. I phoned reception after the call was an hour late and they told me I was next in line. An hour after that, they phone and leave a message on my voicemail to call back as they need paperwork from me. I phone back immediately and get placed on hold for 20minutes (legitimately 20 minutes, according to my phone it was something like 20:03 when the receptionist picked up). Told me they needed pictures of my health card emailed, okay, whatever. I asked what was going on and why the appointment was so late and they said another doctor would call me. Okay fine. So 2.5 hours after my appointment was supposed to be I finally get a phone call. Just to be cut off multiple times while trying to explain what I needed help with and finally being told that the doctor couldn't help me without more documentation. When I asked if I could upload documentation for him to view, he told me to talk to reception because he had no clue and that wasn't his problem. *So* very helpful. No way am I sitting on hold again with them, I can only imagine the receptionist will tell me I should have asked the doctor and lead me in more circles. No thanks. I'll find somewhere else to help, I can't believe I wasted my time thinking that a medical clinic could help me with a medical problem. DO BETTER.
