Both from the owner HORTANCE and one of her PSW’s TERESA
Very punctual very caring very kind and very considerate attentive try their best with someone with a very challenging situation like my own involving multiple medical challenges including multiple sclerosis fibromyalgia disc disease PTSD stomach problems and recently diagnosed cancer
I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone they go above and beyond to help
I am looking forward to working with them again and continuing to build a strong relationship which is very important especially during these challenging times we are facing now with COVID-19

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the perfect level of care for someone you love dearly. I wanted to share how impressed my family is with the Right at Home experience. Right from the beginning, the set up with Joanne was easy and carefree. My mom recently spent 45 days in the hospital, had 2 surgeries and a blood transfusion. Her discharge date was changed multiple times but Right at Home was there for us, reassuring us that a nurse would be available to us from day one and they delivered! Our nurse for my mom is Hortance Ngueyep and she is a fabulous gift of health care to my mom. Hortance is kind and gentle and takes care of my mom with a warmth and concern that is so refreshing. My fear was that my mom would not be able to transition well from hospital to home or that she would be assigned someone who was in a rush, but that is absolutely not the case. Hortance has a patience and grace about her that is transferred onto my mom. My mom notices that the water is nice and warm when she gets her bath, her bed is made up fresh, her wounds are tended to with knowledge, Hortance is professional on every level. Thank you Right at Home, for helping us adjust and adapt during these difficult times. We are forever grateful for the high standards you deliver. Gold stars for Joanne and Hortance, you will never know how much our family appreciates the service you provide.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son was in a catastrophic car accident in 2020. Hortance and her team were fantastic. They took such good care of him for well over a year and really gave a personal touch while he was a client.
They happily assisted him in day to day exercise therapy and really helped keep his morale up! Light housework, showering and assisting him in anything they could was never an issue.
I would definitely recommend Hortance and her team at Right At Home!

We had an emergency and Right at Home Etobicoke South was so comforting to talk to, and they arranged for a wonderful person to work with us, and she took care of my mom for a few months. She was such a kind and smart person. Wonderful group of people, they really care about what they do. I will recommend any day this company to take care of your loved ones !!

She took the time out if her busy day to make sure my mom and dad were taken care of. She ia kind compassionate and went above and beyond ensuring my mother and father were looked after.
She is knowledgeable professional has a heat of gold. She truly was a heaven sent till this day she continues to checkup on my family and we are blessed to have such an beautiful soul tend to us during a difficult time.
Hortense treats us like family and she truly is our earth angel.????
