★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In July of this year, I broke my elbow (Radius and Ulna fracture ) after a fall from my bicycle. After being in a cast for two weeks, I was told to start Physiotherapy but finding a physiotherapist that specializes in fractures was a challenge. Jason Gallant, came highly recommended. So I called the clinic and Diana (the receptionist) was kind enough to squeeze me into Jason’s busy schedule. From day one Jason used a combination of techniques and exercises and the approach was very well-rounded as I have full functionality in my once broken elbow. I highly recommend Jason as he is truly an expert at what he does. Thank you Jason! Looking forward to coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had lower back pain from snow shovelling. After 4 weeks I signed up for physio. After two weeks of exercises the pain was gone. I continued for another 5 weeks to build some core strength so it wouldn’t happen again.
I had Terry at the Prince Edward location. He is very knowledgeable and a pleasant guy. His exercise plan for me works.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maddie is a great massage therapist! I started seeing her for a pain in my low back that has now gone away thanks to her treatments. She uses a variety of techniques including cupping that I feel helps my back a lot. She provides a great quality of care and you can tell that she really cares about her patients! I would definitely recommend Maddie and Trilogy Physio.

Reception is always friendly and welcoming, and those who have provided treatment so far, Jen Hunter, Jason, and Mohammad demonstrate a wealth of knowledge and strong patient care. It is not just a job for this team, they want to see success for the patient. Jen has gone above and beyond to encourage and keep me motivated to get through treatment and back to my active self. And Jason understands my need to get back to normal activity level with safe buy challenging exercises. Thank you very much! I will continue to use Trilogy Physiotherapy for all sports and movement related treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't say enough good things about Trilogy Physio! Jason was able to see me quickly after a back injury, assessed the situation and began a corrective course of action. The team were top notch and the environment was inviting & comforting. I'd recommend Trilogy to ANYONE that has experienced back issues and are in need of physio!!! I now have Trilogy in my contacts should any future issues arise.....

She took the time to explain the problem with my ankle in detail. After that, she did some massages and laser therapy. Literally, in 24 hrs, I was perfectly fine without any pain.
Strongly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been a patient of Alex’s the past 6 months and just had my last treatment today. I have Nothing but amazing things to say about Alex and trilogy! It was such a positive experience each time. Alex was absolutely awesome! You could tell she genuinely cares about her patients and is willing to go above and beyond to help them, even at times recommending different doctors who have different technologies to help even if that means she loses a patient. She is very thorough and does everything in her power to help her patients. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a chiropodist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a patient of Jason (and Maddie) this year and the experience has been fantastic. Attending during a pandemic had me concerned initially - but the office is well run and I felt safe (and continue to feel safe). I felt welcome and comfortable from my first visit.
I found the clinic to work on pain and range of motion issues in my shoulder as well as an arthritic (post surgery) knee. Jason set a clear course of treatment - he is attentive and effective! We had clear communication about what I needed, and what to expect, and to be patient (not my strong suit). The treatment was dynamic, changing with how quickly things were progressing, and when things were not improving. Following 5 months of treatment I have near full range of motion and am pain free!
I highly recommend this clinic.
