With his help I was able to race the scheduled goal I set for myself and finished in the top 5. Thanks for everything Stephen.

β β β β β Rudest receptionist in Toronto. She should win an award for her sour demeanor. Maybe she's the owner's wife or mother and can't be fired. Lots of other reviews also mention how horrible she is. And once you get past her there is the massage staff. I think her name was Jennifer and she was so incredibly rude and entitled. I should have walked out on her. These people do not know how to make someone feel welcome. Don't waste your money, find a different place for a massage.

β β β β β I had a very positive experience at Pivot Sport Medicine after an MCL knee injury. My physiotherapist Sam was respectful, encouraging and truly helped me heal. I am now fully recovered and owe a lot of that success to the care I received from Sam and Pivot.

β β β β β I have been going for physiotherapy on my shoulder for a few months and I can confidently say that this is a great place to go. My physiotherapist Sam Yentin has been exceptional! He approaches the rehabilitation in a kind and professional manner. Sam also takes you where you are at, without judgements. I have never felt uncomfortable in the clinic or under Sam's care. He takes his time getting to know you and what you are comfortable and able to do. If I were to get injured again I would come see Sam without hesitation. Highly Recommend!

β β β β β I have been going to Pivot on and off for 6 years. They are amazing! I have been for physio, chiro, massage, and they have a lots of other options all in the one office.
They have been very helpful in rehabbing all my various injuries. Very knowledgeable, and helpful.
They have been very good with Covid protocols.
I have never had a bad experience with any of their staff

β β β β β I went to Pivot for some physio on a running-related injury starting in summer 2021. Overall, I was very satisfied. The clinic is welcoming, modern and well-run. Sam, my physiotherapist, did an excellent job of helping me work through the issue. He was attentive to my fitness goals as he developed a treatment plan, and listened carefully to my input and made thoughtful adjustments throughout the process. Thanks, Sam, and Pivot, for getting me back on the road!

β β β β β I just finished physio for my shoulder. After 3 months it is in great shape thanks to Stephen Sin, my physiotherapist. He was professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I was very impressed with him and with Pivot in general. Invoices were sent promptly and correctly. There was no problem making or changing appointments. All the staff were extremely pleasant. I would highly recommend Pivot.
