So I called to get help with booking and Nikki was great, and from there my first impression of service was already great. She took care of all my needs pre-appointments. And of course, my first therapy was yesterday and there was never any doubt.. Kelly is amazing. I feel so much better already and cant wait to see her again next Wednesday.

I will interact with the owner and may update here latter. I, however, refuse to concede that all therapists there are good, because I know my own experience. ------------------------------ this store is going down. the owner stops showing up. some good massage therapists left. A new therapist is really bad. I stopped going after being a customer for a few years.

He went step by step with me, professional, and informative. The space was clean and tidy and the warm sun coming through the window made for a relaxing ambience. I can't wait to book my next appointment with Jan!

I must be fair: the owner herself is a great therapist, and a good person. This may well be a bad hire. I, however, refuse to concede that all therapists there are good, because I know my own experience. ----------------------------------- I have been a customer for two years. This review is exclusively about XXX at the Toronto branch (2186 BLOOR STREET WEST, UNIT 212). Several issues about XXX: She 1) massaged for only half an hour instead of one hour, although I booked for 60 minutes, and 2) attempted to charge me for a one-hour massage. When I bought up the duration is only 30 minutes, she then attempted to charge me for 45 minutes. After some discussion, she finally conceded to charge me for only 30 minutes. In the end, from my perspective, I did not receive what I booked for. Needless to say, if I did not happen to check the time before leaving, I would not have realized the issue in the first place and would have been greatly overcharged. Another issue is that although I told her to only massage my upper body, she massaged my lower body anyway. In summary, the whole experience was both bizarre and very unpleasant.
