★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont bother with this realty office, they lack the professionalism required for operating a realty/leasing office. Customer Service is definitely not part of their business culture. There are many other realty companies you can work with than wasting your time and effort with this one.

Buying a home in Toronto can be a very stressful experience; however, Gaelen has made it a positive one. Gaelen came through on every promise made and exceeded our expectations.
His passion for real estate allows him to shine above the rest of the agents in our city. He was very accurate and knowledgeable about prices of homes selling in our preferred areas and was very confident about getting us our dream home. He not only won the bidding war, but he helped us buy our new home at the best possible price and we truly felt as he was looking out for our best interests. Even after closing, Gaelen is still prompt to answer any questions we have concerning new home/neighbourhood. As first time sellers, Tenzin took the time to walk my parents through every step and was accommodating to our usual situation. Our home was sold quickly and above asking price!
