Be careful as his communication skills and dishonesty and in following through in commitments is very much in question. I hope Remax West stays transparent with their reviews and lets customers make them and not their employees.

I have had the pleasure of working with many great real estate agents in the past however Philip has been the most helpful in allowing us to make pragmatic and prudent decisions in the midst of the most unpredictable, unprecedented and volatile time in the current housing market. During the sale of our home Philip was able to identify specific potential challenges and build a strategy around it while setting realistic expectations without trying to push a quick sale. In the end we got $150k more than what most real estate agents told us our house would sell for. For the purchase of our new home Philip was able to observe our search behaviour and organically formulate our ideal price, home style, features, and location. He worked with us as a team member and listened to all our opinions and perceptions of the market and was able to gracefully adjust unrealistic expectations in order to not only educate us but inspire new options. In the end we found a home that was ideal for our family in an ideal town for 50k less than asking. If you plan on working with an agent who sheds all the negative stigma around “real estate agents”, consider working with Philip. He has your best interest in mind. He will tell you how it is, when most agents will just do what they can to make a quick deal.
