★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my 2TB Seagate external drive for several years, and when all of the sudden it stopped working (physically it was fine), I tried to recover data by myself. I failed and I knew that if I kept trying to do it by myself, I might damage the disk, so, I started surfing, trying to find if there was anyone professional who could recover my business and personal critical data. Datalab was extremely fast, friendly, customer oriented, and transparent. I knew the price, duration and the process. I was hoping that at least some of my critical information cab be restored. I have just received an email with confirmation and sample of my files, and it seems like everything has been restored! I have got an external drive as a replacement too. A great customer support, super fast service, highly recommended!

She is helpful, pleasant to speak with and courteous. She was honest and gave me the price upfront. She said we will check and then release the data to you and after viewing the files you have the decision to make the payment. Everything turned out the way she said. When my MacBook Air of 10 years finally crashed on me with all my research data and no back up (I know) I was told to take it to a third party Apple retailer to have the data transferred. After a few days they told me they weren’t able to do it due to damage on the hard drive/files. Immediately after receiving the horrible news, I googled data recovery specialists and thank goodness I found you! Irina received my highly distressed call and was calm, patient, responsive, understanding, informative and very good at managing my expectations. She informed me that if they can’t do it no one else can while making sure she didn’t lead me to false hope. They were super professional, organized, and fast. I thought the price was really great too. They even delivered everything to me once everything was complete. I will forever be grateful to you all for saving me. Truly with so much gratitude, thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow, what a great professional service! The people working at this company are amazingly knowledgeable, professional, competent and courteous. Andy managed to recover almost 800 GB of lost jpegs, Illustrator and Photoshop files. He not only just recovered them but made sure that they are usable to me. Saved me a lot of pain and anxiety. They managed to do what another service company in London, ON couldn't do even after charging almost three times!
Irina, with whom I spoke first to discuss my problems, explained everything about the process and fees. She was just amazing. She even processed the refund of shipping charges for I collected the drives myself. This shows that they are honest and caring.
I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a professional data recovery service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a slight work emergency, where my 4TB external hard drive suddenly stopped working. Took it to a few places to get checked out, and were quoted prices and times that were just not doable. I found Data Lab 247 online and gave them a call.
From the first interaction, they provided outstanding service (staff is super helpful, and if you are someone who doesn't understand tech jargon like myself, they explain things very well) and very reasonable prices/timelines to recover my data. End results were amazing, and they recovered 99% of my data fast and efficiently.
Hopefully this issue doesn't happen again??, but if it does I will definitely be coming back here.
10/10 recommend to anyone who is having data recovery issues.
