★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found on groupon got 40 units of Botox and after one week one of my eyebrows is moving and pulled up higher than the other. Product itself has potential but poor nurse injector, did not inject evenly. I don’t trust her to fix it because I’m worried it might become worse. Will not be going back. The only good thing is the price. Overall experience was poor and did not feel comfortable from the moment I walked in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away. I had a laser appointment with Katie, she said the area was too big and tried to say my voucher should be for 1 session instead of 2 because she said it was bigger than 9 inches. Then proceeded to use a ruler to measure in centimetres instead of inches to try and fool me and actually smirked when I called her out. She said she had to call her assistant, which is her son, for their opinion. Of course he comes out and gives no vote of confidence that I was not a shady clinic. All because she didn’t want to spend time on something I rightfully bought and fits the description. And she did exactly that, she just rushed through the session and said she couldn’t do more or else my skin would burn. Total treatment time was under 2 minutes. Also she was rude and belligerent the whole time. I had to ask her about skin care advice after or else she would have just let me go. Just terrible.
Do not waste your time here. I think the laser is a fake Q switch laser literally with the name picosure laser on it and I can’t find anything like it online. Mind you, I bought a package for 2, I used only one but I assure you I won’t be going back there again for the second one. I’d rather let her have that money than go there again and waste my time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very happy with my choice to try out a new clinic for botox and lip filler! She was very friendly, knowledgable and I could tell she has skilled technique. I am usually very nervous around needles but Katie was so patient with me and explained every step before she proceeded. I was given lots of information on my departure to ensure I understood how to maintain the effects of the treatment. Prices are fair from what I have seen downtown Toronto. I will be going back again

She walked me through every step and answered all my questions thoroughly. She was gentle and I didn’t feel a thing!
