★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lynne at Hearth and Home took care of an issue I had with a Blower Motor for my Regency Wood Burning Insert. She submitted a warranty claim with Regency on my behalf and in less than 24 hours called me with the news that Regency was sending out a new motor. Did I mention that Lynne is awesome? Someone give her a raise.
