★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J’ai fait sécher mon linge 3 fois et il est mouillé... à 2$ l’utilisation c’est ridicule. Le wifi est terrible aussi, il débarque aux 5 minutes et je suis sur la LTE 95% du temps
I have dried my laundry 3 times and it gets wet ... $ 2 to use it is ridiculous. The wifi is terrible too, it arrives every 5 minutes and I'm on LTE 95% of the time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Belle résidence d’étudiantes, sécurisée, bien équipée, entretenue, beaucoup de lumière grâce aux grandes fenêtres. Des espaces communes bien pensés, salle de sport, salle TV etc. Les kitchenettes dans les appartement mériterai une rénovation, sinon très bien !
Beautiful student residence, secure, well equipped, maintained, lots of light thanks to the large windows. Well thought-out common areas, gym, TV room etc. The kitchenettes in the apartments deserve a renovation, otherwise very good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Résidence bien protégée, avec de bons services (salle de sport, grand hall, lingerie, etc). Esther est très souriante et super sympa. Le prix est un poil cher mais vous avez l'avantage d'avoir les Cégep de St-Laurent et Vanier juste à côté, ainsi qu'un Metro et des facilités très proche. Je recommande!
Well protected residence, with good services (gym, large hall, laundry, etc.). Esther is very smiley and super nice. The price is a bit expensive but you have the advantage of having the Cégep de St-Laurent and Vanier next door, as well as a Metro and facilities very close. I recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad services and really boring. They don't care about you and they only want your money. The furniture in the rooms is cheap. You'd rather not rent here if you have the choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good building security. No entries if no access card. The rooms are hot in summer, though the corridors and other common areas are cooled by air-con. Double occupancy studios are small. In room kitchen is basic with limited space to cook, but have space for additional drawer to extend. Washroom with shower is ok. Overall cost is 410$ per person for a double occupancy studio. Pay 700$ and you can take the whole studio, than it will be spacious.
2 washing and 2 drying machines on each floor. 2$ for each time of use, so 4$ to wash and then dry.
