Me being a naive in this field(what/where/how), they answered all my questions with patience and tried to break down each point to make me understand. This is a one stop shop when it comes to homebuying. We came here several times to finalize our house shopping. They are always there all the steps of the way to owning your home. *Ambiance*: wonderful place and very welcoming. Olympia the secretary made sure to make her appointment as easy as it could be with our mortgage broker. She offered us coffee while we wait. *Location* prime location on Décarie , lots of space and very easy to find it. You can't miss it! *Cleanliness*: It's an old rustic building that use to be a bank and it has that cool feel .. definitely unique office. *Parking* Street Parking lots of parking you just got to find an open meter. *Service*: Best best best best best service. Trust me they really care about you and treat you like family. We had Frédéric Pichette working on our file and he was always following our file each step of the way. He gave us advice everyday and made sure to submit our demande of pre-approval when it looked more appealing to the lender. He followed our credit scores , our down payment fund and our interest rate everyday and finally made the call to ask the lender for some money. He was Fantastic! Fred is a HARD worker and he deserves all the credit. We used Michelle Marciano, one of the agents here and wanted to keep it all in the same building. She was absolutely AMAZING! She's tough and fast she work very fast. She made sure we got the house we wanted. I'm very grateful for this wonderful team and wonderful experience. House shopping here was smooth sailing and it's something that can be very stressful. North East Mortgages takes care of everything. They take all the stress away from the process. *Cost*: It doesn't cost you Anything upfront..as their fee is handled through the back end with the mortgage of the house and the banks/lenders. *Overall Star Rating* 5+++++++++++++ I can't recommend them enough for all their hard work and dedication! If you're in search of buying a home trust me just give them a call they are amazing almost hard to believe how great they work with us for everything. 100% will be back again in 5 years when It's time to remortgage haha

Very unprofessional team. They cannot communicate amongst themselves. Totally lost. They also never admit any wrong doing. In face of my dissatisfaction, Terry (finally) gets on the phone and starts with "hey my brother.." As if he was a guest at my wedding... It gives you an immediate idea of the alpha on the other end. You hear about them on the radio, and now their advertising dollars draw me to write this review. Opposite of what we both intended. There are far better outfits there who are organized and haven't lost the human touch. Reply: April 15 Case in point. Your response: no acknowledgement of any wrong doing. Instead, you hide behind your "fiduciary duty" to provide the client with the best option. Sorry, this is simply not true. You actually never recommended anything. Just got lost in the miscommunication of your own office. But to hear that admission... well .. FYI, mortgage (by another broker with the same "fiduciary duty") is in the process of being renewed. The best part is this broker responds OFF of the internet. We have patiently sent numerous emails over the past 6 months. Last being on Feb 25, Feb 28, Mar 1 and then finally Mar 14. All unanswered. When this review was posted, we miraculously, 5 hours later, got a response. Your decision to finally reply on a public platform such as this one, rather than the 4 opportunities given to you prior - further strengthens our impression of you. You opted for a 1 star tattoo instead of addressing an issue. Worse, is during this 5th chance (five!) you still can't admit any wrong doing. It's ok to make mistakes. What counts is how we make up for them.

My fiancée and I had the best team! Jorge K and Angela B worked extremely hard. They had a high level of professionalism, but Jorge also took the time and patience to explain us the whole process of buying a home. On the first house that we visited, we placed an offer and Jorge was extremely quick to let us know that the sellers accepted it! He made himself very available for us, and his response time was very fast. I am so glad and thankful for Jorge and Angela! Thank you for being with us throughout it all!
