★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place, but they don't answer the phone ever apparently, and email was some of the worst communication I've ever experienced in my entire life. I live far so it's a lot easier to ask questions before going to the shop in person. I had a few extremely basic questons and they went mostly unanswered. And my brother had the same email experience I did which was confusion and not having questions answered... The yearly tune up is good though and Howard is a funny guy :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time there today for a disk brake rubbing on the pad and the owner Howard took care of my problem in no time and told me to comeback 4hours later to pick it up. That's some excellent service and he is such a nice guy and took time to explain me things I didn't know!! Would recommend this place anytime :D

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great little bike shop that I have been going for my yearly tune-up and any questions regarding my bike for awhile. I know the basic maintenance and do thorough cleaning myself but nothing beats the snappy feeling after they do the tune-up. I just moved out of the area last year but still come back for tune-up, because this is not the kind of shop you can find at every corner.
The only down side is they are closed for the winter, so when my bike had some little problem on the trainer I was stuck to figure it out myself haha!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great & affordable service. No fuss, they know the trade and will tell things as they are. Reliable and straight forward. Call before you go though as they can be busy and you have to book an appointment of you want your bike to be tuned (during Covid). I strongly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great local bike shop. The mechanics are EXTREMELY knowledgeable and friendly. I haven't brought a bike in for a tune up, but if you work on your own bike and need parts or advice, this is definitely the place to go. I rank it as one of the best bike shops I've ever been to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow what service, I rocked up with my bike, I was after a rear brake caliper, brake handle, and cable set... Super service he had a glance at the frame and said you need a mid length caliper, with recessed nut. Collected the parts ensured they all fit, and supplied everything I needed even a pair of second hand cable cutters, so I could install at home. All the little end caps and crip bits for the cable. Everything was reasonably priced. Shop was super busy and he helped everyone. My go to bike shop. Awesome.
