★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went 7 days ago and bought a bike part and everything was great, came back 7 days later to buy the same bike part and it was $10 more then before. I told him how I was just here 7 days ago and the part was $10 less from what he was charging, I asked him why the price had changed and then... he held the part 2 INCHES FROM MY FACE and said “see that’s the price”. Then while waiting for my receipt he was yawning and yawning while I asked questions about the part.
Beyond disappointed
I’ll thought I had finally found a good bike spot in the city, I’ll definitely be telling my friends and family to never visit here again. He’s lucky things didn’t escalate, VERY LUCKY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only problem is if you have never been here than it's quite a task to find them. Once you see them then you would be greeted by one of the guys and they are super happy and helpful to fix your (bike) problems. I was here to buy the handlebar tape for my bike. To me the price was sensible and fair. The same tape was only $4 difference in Amazon. Plus you have the problem of delivery time and also many similar products when buying online. Also Amazon had negative reviews and complaints for the tape and it was quite worrisome to decide and but online. But here in the shop the prices are fair, and the staff are super friendly. This place is definitely better for your bike.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The employee working here is rude, unhelpful, and condescending. If there's an issue he will get very defensive, put the blame on you, and be extremely rude. If you ask any questions he will give you unhelpful responses and then get mad when you try to clarify.
Customer service isn't for everyone, and it's certainly not for you. Good luck dude, I'm not coming back to this shop unless I find out you're gone.

When we asked how the different options for purchase differed from one another, the employee told us he couldn't answer questions unless we paid a $75 consulting fee. In addition, he was incredible rude and treated my wife disrespectfully. Never go here.
