Suite à une prise de rendez-vous avec le centre d'appel, j'ai eu droit à un retour d'appel du patron m'indiquant sèchement qu'il ne se déplacerait pas pour mon appel de service, qu'il avait des "gros clients" bien plus importants, et que je n'avais plus ou moins qu''à me débrouiller. Quel manque d'éthique et de professionalisme! Je déconseille fortement, surtout si vous avez vraiment un besoin urgent. Franchement Zéro.
Very unsatisfactory 24 hour service! Following an appointment with the call center, I had the right to a return call from the boss telling me curtly that he would not come for my service call, that he had "big clients" much more important, and that I had more or less than to manage. What a lack of ethics and professionalism! I strongly advise against it, especially if you really have an urgent need. Frankly Zero.
