If you appreciate Service, efficiency, courtesy and cleanliness. Do Not use this company. It took 1 hour for the shuttle pick up and 1 hour to actually get the car after driving off site from YUL. What a disaster. They do not have the car I rented. One star is too high. Not to mention the car isn't clean.

I WOULD NOT RENT HERE..READ REVIEWS PLEASE. The place is disgusting and that's being kind. Waited two hours and still no cars. People dropping of were complaining how dirty thier cars were and how the they smelled of smoke. Ended up going to discount cars next door. In and out in 5 minutes. NOTE: If you choose to rent here be very careful with their mileage restrictions

This place is a big time SCAM!!! I pre-booked the car and still they charge you for fees you haven’t heard before. I was shocked to see my credit card history. Almost $1000 charged for 3 days. Please dont book here never had such an experience anywhere else. Even if you booked by mistake on hotwire its better you don't go forward as you will lose more money if you get the car from this place. I checked the review only after booking on hotwire all the reviews are absolutely right. I hope they shut down this place for looting people

There are hidden fees. I rented from Expedia and this company does not divulge all the charges. I arrived to pick up at Montreal airport I need to pay for an Uber to take me to the rental location on Marshall Avenue. I was very upset as I paid $50 extra on Expedia for car at the airport. Then hé upgraded me for the same rate. When I dropped off my car he charged me an extra $ 112 for insurance which I declined because I have insurance on my credit card. He says the province of Quebec charged extra for people who waiver the insurance. Honestly, worst experience in terms of car rental. Do not be fooled it isn’t economical.

We rented a car from a website (priceline) for 5 days and paid $200. Once we picked up the car we had to pay an additional $287 for a basic insurance policy for 5 days. We returned the car on the fith day, and when the guy came out to inspect the car went straight to the windshield and pointed at an existing chip. He charged us an additional $850 for the deductible , however the deductible would've being $1250 and told us that he would give us a deal. The windshield chip that was not caused by us and asked to see the previous rental checklist and he refused. Do not rent a vehicle from this guy, they are scammers.

DO NOT RENT HERE. This guy is a crook. The location is 1 mile from terminal, away from other rental car companies. Once there, you're stranded. Thats when he tries to add on unheard of fees; extra 'local' insurance which he says is mandatory, an $80 cleaning fee, a Covid fee, etc, etc. He will take every opportunity to try to scam you out of money. No one will answer the phone, and the place is only open 8-5, no exceptions. there is no way to get a car or drop it off outside those times. When I dropped the car off, I walked back to the terminal. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Do not book here if you are a woman and by yourself. It is NOT SAFE!!! First, the company is NOT located at the airport. There isn't a shuttle to take you there either. You have to pay for an UBER or a TAXI to take you there! It's about 1 mile away from the airport. Second, they are only open 8-5. So if you get in before or after that time, you're out of luck. Third, the company is located in a "house", not a building, and it's in a very sketchy part of town. The house does not look like a rental car company. I did not feel safe pulling up to the house, nor going inside alone. Fourth, if you call them, you will never ever get a real person, so there is no customer service. Fifth, take a VIDEO of the car that they give you before you drive off the lot. They gave us a minivan that had dents and damage all over it, the cup holders were not cleaned out. It was filthy. We took a video of the car before we drove off the lot and also noted the damage with the car agent before we drove off the lot. Upon returning the mini van, the car agent said that a dent on the side of the car was new -- until we showed him the video that proved it was there before we drove off the lot. Thank goodness for proof. Anyway, I have contacted Priceline because I can't believe they would use this company to book cars. I will never book with them again.

EXPEDIA SCAM! The owner it's a unpolite, unprofessional and ignorant person with no Customer service. Very bad experience. The price in the expedia website hide informations and costs. When you go to the rental you discover other costs that in the airport rentals are clear and included on the service. The rental is not at the airport, you have to pay a taxi to go take the car.Owner gave me a car with AWD problem, tires low air tires and dirty car without GPS, that was a mandatory requirment cause I was traveling from Italy to Montreal, QB City and Toronto. I called the agency owner many time to find a solution and change the car but he told me that there was no other cars available and in case of anticipated car return I was going to loose all my money. He also closed the phone in my face and, when I drove to him after 1000 km made with a not working properly car, he tried to give me a downgraded car without refound. I strongly asked for a same level car that he finally gave me, treating me as a stupid. Finally the car was not the suv that I asked at the beginning. Absolutelly not good! Not a good experience.
