★ ★ ★ ★ ★ eally poor customer service. They don't seem to get their appointments on point when it comes to hitch installation. Had an appointment cancelled 2 hours prior to the installation with the excuse that they didn't have the part. They were the ones wanting an appointment. So if you miss work to get a hitch install, UHAUL doesn't make itself responsible for cancellations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took appointment to instal the rack support for bycicle. To the hour of the appointment they said that don't have the piece. They even didn't bother to call us to prevent not to go there for nothing. They gave us appointment in one week! We let the car there one evening before and the second day they called us to tell us it's not possible the installation because to much rust and they don't want to be responsable. Ok.We went to recuperate the car and they weren't able to rembourse the credit card because they didn't know how to do it!Maybe they don't know how to instal the support because the reserve wheel is under the car?
Anyway I found the service very bad because the time we went there on the first appointment nobody looked to see if the instalation is possible plus they didn't thought to tell us in advance that they don't have the piece so we went for nothing . And nobody thought to look before everything...they take money right away when you took the appointment and after they are doing nothing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. I will never ever go there and never recommend to someone. The staff did not know what is he's doing several mistakes. We were delayed for 1 hour and half an hour. We had an appointment and it took us 1.5 hrs to just get the car, and it took 30 minutes to just return the car. 2 hours were wasted. Really really poor customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my SUV to this location to install a hitch, i must say great service from front desk to tech that did the installation clean professional and confident, they answered every question i had and went above and beyond for perfect service, in was happy to see that some places still do the effort THANK YOU

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A little out of the way, but not too bad since it's off the highway. Be prepared for a long wait time, even if you are early. It's also possible even with a reservation that they overbook which wasn't nice to hear and almost happened to us. I would've given less stars but the equipment itself is perfectly fine, dropping it off is fairly straight forward, and the price is *great*. If they hired a couple more people I think the experience here could vastly improve!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a great great gentleman here who definitely loves his job and cares about the customers. His name is John (he has a 9 year old dog). He helped me a lot with my Trailer Ball Mount. If every employee was like him, I would never shop online; rather I would go shopping in person all the time in order to be greeted by such nice people. Thank you John for the great service!
