★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a locker here for years, I was very happy with the service, extremely courteous and helpful personnel. Because it's close to parks, there are some minor vermin/mice issues, but the management takes this very seriously and takes firm action, so this has never been a real problem. After a few years of storage, when I took my stuff out, I did notice a few droppings on the floor, but no damages to any of my goods. Ventilation is top-notch, there was no dust on any of the articles even after years of storage, so this really a great place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service! I believe the gentlemen that served me was George.... he was very sweet and showed me around the place. He made sure I knew where to go when I want to get to my locker... The rest of the staff was super nice also although I’m sorry I don’t know there names

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the staff I interacted with were very helpful and happy. The woman that helped set up my account was great! I unfortunately can't remember her name, but the woman that checked me out, Tanya, was also a pleasure to deal with. The units are easy to access and clean. The only downside was that when it was busy (because of moving season), there was a shortage of carts. Definitely recommend.

Today I had the pleasure to meet George at the front desk, who was kind enough to show me a unit, even if he had to stay overtime to make an extra last minute customer happy. :)
Which I appreciated so much, thank you! A small gesture goes a long way.

She made a really stressful situation go smoothly and I could not be happier with the service. 10/10 would recommend to anybody looking for secure and clean service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been doing business with Public Storage/Entrepôt Public for more than 5 years! Excellent staff, Very Clean, very safe/security. Besides all our house furnitures and expensive paintings, I also had studio recording gears, music instruments from amps, guitars, basses, keyboards and even photography gears.. never once I had any issues since they had a good temperature in winter and summer.
Thank you for taking care and keeping our personal belongings safe for all this years!
I would recommend anytime!
