I show up there and the girl at the reception announces that they don't do waxing anymore when the waxing price chart is clearly displayed. And she tells me Dores doesn't work there anymore. No one else does waxing since the pandemic. I'm I dumb to be supporting small businesses?
M	Maehgan Higgins on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect salon! I high recommend Danielle or Jackie... I always leave there with a smile on my face! They really take the time to make you feel welcome! Would leave a 5 star - however waiting times can be very long even when you make appointments.. However that is not entirely their fault as people who makes their appointments come in and do something completely different thus delaying the next customer! I have recommended many people to this salon and they are all loyal to it and travel from far to get their nails done here! Keep it up ! xx

I appreciate that she was very precise and went above my expectations to achieve a beautiful final result. The prices for services are reasonable and fair. I will definitely be visiting again.

Dee has refused you a service because your nails were not healthy , it was full of fungus, Any self respecting nail technician will act in the best interest of their client and that's what Dee did. As a matter of fact she once advised me not to get extensions because I had a beginning of a fungal infection. Instead of trying to make a quick buck, she valued my health. You should be ashamed of writing a review and withholding crucial info.
H	Honorine I on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually don't give bad reviews, if the service is not good I just let it go and decide to never go back to the place. But I have never had a worst experience like I did in this Nails Spa. The lady who did my nails was extremely rude and disrespectful. I asked for a design she said she did not have time. And I came on time and I had an appointment for acrylic refill and I should be able to choose the color and the design, YET SHE SAID SHE HAD SOMEONE NEXT TO ME SO SHE WILL NOT DO WHAT I ASKED. She refused to do anything that I asked for and told me to leave if I don't agree with her. She was already in the middle of refilling acrylics, there was no way I could be able to leave by that time. She could at least told me in the beginning for me to leave. She claimed to have 20 years of experience lol but the work she did was worse than a beginner. I do not recommend going there at all. This 2021, someone should be able to get the service they are asking for without discrimination.
