It was not an easy situation to implement & process but it was conducted with all the requirements which were needed to conclude. For those who think the services are expensive, well this is a professional notary which gets the job done. The administrative tasks are required and it comes with a cost. Nobody will work for free and depending on how complex the transaction is, you are dealing with someone that has experience. My experience was a 5 star indeed. Thank you.

Distateful, rude, incomprehensibly devoid of any sense of customer service. How does a professional order in Quebec allow someone like this to practice? If I treated someone like this as an engineer, I would be put on notice in their monthly magazine, as it should be!

Does not let you get a word in the conversation. We showed up for appointment and he said we don’t have an appointment and rushed us out. Needless to say it was the last time he will see my face. Stay clear of this guy.
S	Stefania M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed to use an Italian notary due to affairs in Italy. Whenever I called, the receptionist rushed me and didn't make it sound like she was listening. In emails and on the phone, I detailed EXACTLY what I needed and asked if it was possible to make sure I wasn't wasting my time. When I arrived to sign, I reiterated to the notary that I was looking for this exact one thing and he said that it wasn't possible. So I said, well I emailed and called and made sure to be clear about what I needed. From here, he thought I didn't understand, and proceeded to get angry at me, raising his voice, picking up my papers and saying that I should just go then in an extremely rude manner. The receptionist also blamed me because she said there were too many emails (in fact, there are only 7, 4 of which were short follow-up emails, and one that just contained attachments). The unprofessional manner of both the notary Mr. Pinchiaroli and his receptionist, Carmela. were beyond normal. What I wrote is just a part of my experience. AVOID. Unfortunately, I didn't get better service with another Italian notary in the East End. Disappointing all around.

He seemed not to have studied the file before the day of the appointment, forgot to withhold money as agreed to by both parties and then tried to say too bad, work it out amongst yourselves. Incompetent in the extreme. Never again.

He had my documents for at least a few weeks with no movement and they would not return my calls when I tried to follow-up. I took back my documents and found another Notary who turned it around within 5 business days.
