★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a confirmed appointment with Valter at 10:30 AM on a Saturday, showed up and he wasn't there. Waited an hour till his partner showed up and he said to come back later when Valter is back and he gave me a coupon. He promised me they would be there until 6 pm and we reset my appointment to 2. We showed back up at 2 and waited another hour and no response. Doors were locked. The partner apologized and offered us to go back on Monday for a free service but honestly not worth the time or effort. I rather pay full price for a reliable notary.

He made sure every little requirement was met and did not hesitate even once to reprint the documents and get them in order of what the requirements were. I highly recommend this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever. If I could put a minus 5 stars I would. I had an appointment at 5:15 yesterday on Teams. When no one answered or came on by 520 I called the office. I was told that they were running a little late and to hold on. I sat on the phone waiting for 45 minutes and no one ever came on. I called back and no one was answering the phone. I left a message and no one called me back. I received a brief non explanatory email this morning suggesting a reschedule. You would think they would have the decency of calling after such a screwup? I do not recommend this company at all. - BTW to the response from Reseau Notaire No message was left on my phone or my Husbands. You would think a phone call of apology and explanation would have been more appropriate considering you had us waiting for an hour.
PS I did not receive any calls from thé notary or the office and neither did my spouse. I am not even getting a proper explanation by email. I have no faith in your customer service and have taken my business to someone who actually wants it.
