★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called them to see if they do personal taxes, they said yes come and bring your documents. I asked can’t we do them online? They said it’s better you come to our office. Next day, i go there, they tell me that i need to fill a form and send all my documents by email. Couldn’t they have sent the form by email and asked me to send everything by email???
