I have had a very good experience with the facility in LaSalle. The staff is very professional and friendly. They respond to email requests very well. The facility itself is relatively clean and seems secure.

Outstanding service. The manager Glen is a star. Will make sure all of your issues are adressed and needs are taken care of.

I do not recommend this storage location. Management and ownership changed within the last 2 years and now we get regular rent increases with no increase in services, and policies designed to gouge the customer.

Good service, clean place, storage is heated. Price are fair!

Some lights for security in the parking area will be very much welcomed because at night is pitch dark. Thank you.

Worst experience ever. On May 9, I contacted Montreal Mini-Storage through the main line to get a quote for a unit (Lasalle) for about 10-12 medium boxes. I spoke with Steve who reserved a 3 x 5 4 feet height, which he confirmed would fit my belongings. Steve told me to contact MoveMate to help me with the actual move, which I did - it was booked for May 19 at 3 pm (I have email confirmations from both Steve and Simran). Steve proceeded to explain that, on the day of the move, I'd come to the storage with my boxes, sign the papers/pay, and place my boxes in the unit. On May 19, MoveMate showed up 2.5h late, and the Lasalle location had already closed. I then called the main line again to explain the situation and see if there was something that could be done, but was told that 1. I didn't have a reservation (even though I had emails), and 2. I'd have to come the next day because after 5 pm they can't do anything. MoveMate had to keep my boxes in the truck for the night. In the morning of May 20, the movers and I headed to the Lasalle storage. If there's one thing positive about my experience with the company is the employee Glenn - he saved my life. What a patient, honest, professional, and helpful man! I told him what happened and he went above and beyond to solve my problem. Steve had lied about 1. my reservation (there was never one); 2. the size of the unit - I had to get a bigger one at the last minute because the 3 x 5 fits 4 boxes maximum; 3. he didn't tell me about the extra fees; 4. Glenn explained that there was a way to rent a unit online and get access without me having to reschedule the move for the next day. In the middle of the chaos, I forgot to bring a lock for my unit, but Glenn gave me one to make up for all the problems I'd had. My advice is: do not trust the sales team - they'll say just about anything to get your money, but then you're on your own. If you're looking at getting a unit in the Lasalle location, I'd strongly suggest contacting Glenn directly.

Very impressive service. Had all the necessary equipment to make the process go very smoothly. Love the 24 hour access. Reasonable pricing as well. All in all, a very nice experience.
