★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jonathan provides you with a good and honest service! He is not there to up sell you and his recommendations/advice are always valuable. They do everything from tire and oil changes to handling some pretty major repairs from my experience. I had a very extraordinary problem happen to my dodge challenger 09 that involved a discontinued piece that rendered my car undrivable. Long story short Jonathan went above and beyond to get me back on the road as soon as possible under these extreme measures.

Good guys, know their stuff. It’s great to have found a good garage in Dorval North again and I’d recommend them to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was using Pneu Rally before, but had some poor service. I tried this garage because I needed an oil change and Pneu Rally said I needed to change my front brakes soon. Called, got an appointment the next day. Dropped the van off. He called, can do the oil change no problem. The front brakes still have 50% life, no point changing them (this saved me 300$). Also my calipers had this pin that was seized in all 4 of them. I agreed to have it fixed. By fixing those pins, he fixed the weird issue I had with the car for a long time. (it was causing the car to sometimes shake and pull to the right) I was floored at how much of a difference this made. My van runs so much better now. He explained everything very well. Made sure I knew everything that would be done. Excellent service there, I'm really impressed. Already talked with him about the next thing to fix that he noticed coming up. The only thing I regret is not coming here before.
The issue with Pneu Rally is you deal with the receptionist and not the mechanic, so there is this gap. Can't ask questions. Also the mechanics at Pneu Rally change often, causes to have unreliable services. With Nouveau Garage Dorval you talk with the mechanic directly. He explains correctly what is the status of stuff and when to change some things. I appreciated his honesty in not changing the front brakes like I asked, and telling me the true lifespan they had left. By fixing those pins, it made a tremendous difference in how the car drives. This issues was not spotted by Pneu Rally, and I had this problem for a while.
