★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No comment on Sentinal, so I put in the company's usual five stars to get into the review site, but negative stars for the completely false and misleading Google translation of one dissatisfied customer. Customer said the tech UNDERSTOOD LITTLE of his problem; but Google said tech UNDERSTOOD HIS LITTLE PROBLEM, pretty much the opposite of the customer's comment.. Customer said... and NOTHING WAS FIXED but Google said AND HAS NOTHING SET, which doesn't mean anything..
A translation like this is worse than useless

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid. They are expensive, don't pick up the phone, and try to charge for unnecessary service calls. Pretty much any other provider is a better alternative, seems like they are just twiddling their fingers and hoping to get bought by a bigger player for their customer base.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked for a quote (email) , this morning a guy called me, he asked some questions but he wasn't clear I had to repeat the things almost twice.The price of your basic monitoring is crazy expensive ..the guy wants to charge me for a new system 399 installation fee + 45 monthly fee . Not even the best company is charging that amount!! He neither tried to tell me why is that expensive , neither his best effort to get new clients.Unfortunately I didnt get his name ..just the number from where he called and number finish with -4245 (montreal)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Smoke detector went off on the weekend. ALARME Sentinelle's phone support was great and first thing Monday Morning, Jason showed up and replaced it and reprogrammed the system. He was polite and more important knowledgeable and efficient! Thank you.
