★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always have courteous and good service with these guys! Have used this location and Decarie and was never disappointed. The car I had reserved was not available on time and I was upgraded to an SUV with no extra cost to me. The invoices are also very transparent and easy to understand. No hidden costs. You can also return your car after hours to this location which is very helpful when coming back from out of town

I was very much happy after renting my car from here.
I asked them to change the car at the last moment and they just did it without any troubles.
They cleaned the car thoroughly and sanitized it.
I would recommend renting from here. They have a a lot of choices to select from !

On the day of my rental, they did not have a car for me. They had given the car to someone else.
Very disappointing!

Free time! Last year went to decarie location and had to wait almost 2 hours for a car. They gave me a 15% discount on the next rental which was not enough to compensate but was something. I avoided going back and decided to give another chance. Still had to wait for a car for about 25-30min even after calling ahead and asking if the car would be ready when I got there (which they had said yes to). I didn’t mind too much but never even had to wait that long with any of their other competitors. When I returned the car they were busy and overwhelmed and told me to just hand the key, which was a bad idea cause I got charged for gas and could not contest it. Was above half the tank when I rented it, the employee said to bring it back at half a tank and will be fine (thought that was weird and I will admit though I may have misunderstood), but I still brought it back above the half mark anyhow. After sendings emails which did not get answered, phone calls with up to 30min wait times and giving up, I finally got through. They said they’d refund me half the gas charge and finally never even got the refund.
They do have good prices and Employees are pretty nice and friendly but go here if you have lots of time to waste and take pics of the gas markers.
